Many Nigerians should know that Niger needs to be saved from Military dictatorship that has seized power from the minority tribe President who is not Hausa, Djerma or Fulani.

Imagine if a minority had won the Presidential election for the 1st time in Nigeria, then a military coup from the Majority tribes of Hausa or Yoruba then seize power to the joy of the majority tribes who support such return of power.

The whole world must save Niger from military dictatorship and any attempt to illegally thwart the regime of a minority tribe.

Hausa and Djerma should allow the minority Tuareg/Arab to breathe in Niger Republic.

President Bazoum must be allowed to complete his term in office.

You're spreading disinformation

The Senate should approve all except deployment of soldiers, we don't benefit from Niger Republic in any way, our soldiers should be deployed to save the lives of our citizens in troubles states here in Nigeria

How does athe change of government in Niger affect Nigeria?
The funny thing you are mentioning buhari as a former head of state o!
Did his rule affect the republic of Niger!
So how does going to war with a west African neighbour not amount to aggression
It's like you don't understand international politics. Our borders with Niger are very porous. We have several agreements that the military junta can just discard.

I meant buhari's tenure as a civilian president.

And I don't think anyone official said anything about war. All talk about war is speculation.

You are obviously not enlightened if you think the creeping military rule in West Africa must be treated with kid's gloves.
Even if it can't be treated with kids gloves, it can't be resolved militarily or via economic blockade. The sahelian belt is under military rule. Those are the guys you're up against if shit hits the roof. Nigeria that is saying they can't afford subsidy for their citizen suddenly is ready to commit to a long, expensive and complex way over a desert.
How exactly does the war benefit Nigeria if I may ask you O Enlightened One

. Very wrong analysis, the minority Fulani tribe in Nigeria has turned this country to an animal farm, I don't support military regime but trying to buy sympathy through minority narrative won't sale. Buhari was a minority Fulani tribe too and we know how far, if you are from minority, rule well, don't see such opportunity as a time to compensate your tribe to the detriment of the rest of the country.

If the Senate approves this madness, northern Nigeria will be on fire, remember Niger will not be fighting alone, expect high level of casualties from the Nigeria Army because they will be met with great resistance from the Russian private security (Wagner) who are already in Niger waiting for confrontation. Also expect spike in terrorism all over the country not just the north alone, all these Niger boy in Lagos and other part of the country will not fold their hands and watch their love ones back home being destroyed while they are here in Nigeria. They will start fighting through terrorism. TINUBU better think we'll before he collapse the country to the ground

Bros chop knuckle.

Don't forget they will have the backing of that young man in Burkina Faso, the other one in Mali, and this guys are not šŸ˜. They will fight till death and there may be no end in sight for years to come, resources and human lives will be lost.
Nigeria that has not been able to fight rag-tag bandits and herdsmen now want to go to a foreign terrain without knowledge...

How do we stop him from sending millitary to Niger Republic.

A hungry man does not go to war or house refugees.
He wants to cause problems for us, the consequences of this millitary intervention is too much, Nigeria can't afford such now, not for Africa nations that hates Nigerians.
Ordinary Ghana and South Africa deports Nigerians upon all the helps we rendered to them.

Unless we are deceiving ourselves, there is already war between Nigeria and Niger. Most of the weapons used by bandits, ISWAP and Boko haram is deliberately funneled in by Niger. The instability in Northern Nigeria is to the benefit of Niger. The earlier we invade Niger and show them who is boss, the better.
Nigeria has been paying Niger heavily to help with the terrorists, but they keep playing ON/OFF games. We could not take proper action because of clueless Buhari. This is our opportunity to take our pound of flesh and ensure the borders are better secure.

That is the reality on ground.

The elected minority President must be allowed to complete his tenure.

It is the right of the people not to support him for a 2nd term, but he must complete the 1st.

The military would not come interrupt for a year and then handover to an Hausa President. This Arab President must finish his 5yr term.

If Tinubu goes ahead with this war he will win it. It is certain given that Igbos are against it not out of reason but out of envy that the defeated Peter Obi is not the one prosecuting it.

So the Nigerienes who are celebrating the takeover are also Igbos, this your narrative won't work, I want to believe that even in your backyard an Igbo man has more investment than you and that invariably makes him a greater stake holder in Nigeria than you, how has the Buhari 's 8 years helped the general north more than the East.

It is not true. The northern Hausa/Fulani elite led by Buhari were the ones who actually installed Bazoum into office using rich Nigerian northern businessmen. In return he has been awarding lucrative infrastructure contracts to our businessmen from Nigeria. I believe that it is even Buhari who pressured Tinubu to take this decision.
I'm not guessing. I live in the North and I am a northerner. They see military attack on Niger as killing fellow Hausas and Fulanis

thats not what I asked you.

the US has troops in Niger.

France has troops in Niger.

UN has troops in Niger yet none of them are asking for military intervention.

but oga that said theres no money for fuel subsidy and that Nigerians should bear hardship and suffering now wants to spend nigeria's money on an adventure that doesnt concern him.

Don't get it twisted. Tinubu is after being on the good side of the US/west so as to quell the forfeiture allegations against him. Once he renews his subscription with the US, they will withold any evidence of illegality against him and support his poise to rule despite the anomalies we witnessed in the last election
