Jesusfallsatan:Click here https://www.ukvi-complaints.homeoffice.gov.uk/reason Choose ‘’ something else” Let them know ur son doesn’t have your consent to travel. Include his passport details in the message. But pls I beg you in the name of anything you find holy... don’t Write anything to ruin that woman’s chances of going by herself for what so ever reason. You can part ways without being an instrument to destroy her life. Even if she is unreasonable, be a voice of reason please. Let her go wherever she wants to go as long as she isn’t taking your child. Please, u never can tell your son may benefit from it in the future. Nobody knows tomorrow and tomorrow isn’t certain for anyone. Life is too short. Please. Please ooo. Also, inform her of what you have done so she doesn’t try to falsify document or letter to claim she has your consent. That would definitely give her a ban. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Mofolam: If he reports his wife for trying to travel with his son without his consent, the woman will be denied the visa. She might even be banned. While I have no intention of meddling in a private family issue, I would advise the man in question to ask himself why his wife wants to do something so drastic and make up with his wife for the sake of their son. 6 Likes |

Cashmadam:I think if she is aware about his seriousness and his intentions she won’t bother to add his application. And she will get her visa is she qualifies. It’s better she faces the results now,If she goes with the boy and the father notifies ukvi of her illegal activity. She will get deported after probably selling all she has here and telling everyone she has relocated. The shame and disappointment will be too much. 3 Likes |

Mofolam: Thank you! Your message sound so very matured and reasonable. There is so much to this, I really wished I can report her and get her a 10years ban but your message just calmed me down completely. It's a long story, really wished I could share with you. This is the second time in 15months she has been applying for UK visa. I just found out the 2 applications just 4days ago. She is desperate to leave the country, she has a contact in the UK who advice her to come through the tourist visa and then apply for asylum claiming , that her husband has been abusing their son and her. She has fake police report and court documentation backing this up. I swear to almighty God, I have never in my life physically or psychologically abuse either her nor my child. I have been to UK myself twice(2x) 2010 before I got married to her in 2012 and 2012 just few month after marriage. All these was known by her. She once told me, she is tired of leaving in Nigeria and want to relocates but I told her I am not capable of doing that at the moment because of financial constraints. If I have to travel and leave in any European countries including the UK, I want it to be legal, either by Schooling or work visa but US I can japa on tourist visa. We have tried the US tourist visa in 2020, paid for visa fee but never got interview date, so I abandoned the process this was during covid 19 issues. Since then, she has been desperate of leaving the country without me knowing. If she got lucky this time around and she is issue Visa with my son and go ahead to tarnish my image as a husband/Child molester with forge documentation won't it affect me personally while renewing for the UK visa in the nearest future. She is not aware I know all this yet and I don't want her to know yet that am aware, I want the outcome of the Visa application but I am scared they might be granted and it will be too late for me to take and meaniful action. We sleep in the same house eat from the same pots and she doing this just because of desperation of japa as advice by her friends and family in the UK. So, will I be wicked if I go ahead and get her 5 to 10 years ban? Should I wait and see the outcome first and then fight for my son ot to be taken out of the country if the outcome is positive. The agent that filled the form forged and signed a letter of consent which is not from me. She photocopy my passport data page and included in the application without me knowing. So, what should I do? I have all the documentation to backed this up. Note: I am not a child and wife beater. I have always pray to God, the day I will beat my wife that should be the date I die. Note: I have 45 years old and she is 35years and our son is 10year old. 3 Likes |

You are not lying. This is what African women are doing. I have seen over 10 of them with this same story. I don’t want to disclose too much but that’s the latest. Then if their child has any ailment eg sickle cell, heart disease they use it to garnish the story very well. That the husband was domestically abusing them and the children and all sorts. That the husband said this and that about the children and is molesting them. They will pretend and apply for tourist visa. Once they get to the border they apply for asylum based on this story. As usual it is very easy to obtain any paperwork you want in these countries. Like you can forge anything forgeable. Then they label the dad. The women and children get their stay. The ones that the men know and are ready to sacrifice for their children to have a better life is another one. Sorry but your story is real. Don’t even fight about it, just inform the appropriate authority because I doubt you will know the day they will travel. And once they present all these paperwork otilorrr 3 Likes |

Jesusfallsatan: Hmmmm Your woman is already going to the extreme. If you can cope without seeing your son forever and also kiss UK goodbye forever then you can let it slide but if otherwise. Act immediately.... That woman does not mean well for you, that's just the real fact. 1 Like |

Jesusfallsatan: Mr, Please make peace with your wife. I don't meddle in issues between a man and a woman. I've been in the marriage institution for 28 years with 3 grown up children. I know enough about marriages and I believe there is more to this. We are only reading your own side of the story. We have not heard your wife's side of the story so we cannot JUDGE. She is your wife. Tell her everything you know. At most, seize her passport. I won't advise you to report her. It will get really messy and might even affect you too in future. I pray God grants you the wisdom to deal with this appropriately. 12 Likes |

Pls kindly take your time to read and advise Pls I need you guys to help confirm if this employment letter is genuine. Its from a friend of mine who wants to confirm this employment letter he got from a UK agency . They have also sent him an email after acknowledging receipt of the employment letter to pay for the NHS, I need to confirm if this is real, cos he is really counting on my feedback and advice before he can go ahead. Does this look right? Is this how it is done ? The screenshot is the copy of the employment letter received, and a follow up email after the letter was acknowledged

uchecyril:SCAM. Scam. Scam First of all no NHS Trust asks employees to pay for occupational health assessment. This is a fat lie. Also there is no group known as NHS Professionals. They put the nhs in front to deceive you further |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Cashmadam: 9:30am On Aug 16, 2023 |
giselle237: Google it. They have NHS Professionals and the correct email address is hcs@nhsprofessionals.nhs.uk There is a group called NHS professionals - at least that's what I read online. Who knows if that is also a scam |

Cashmadam:It is a scam. These ones didnt say hcs They said losha nhs professionals @org.uk. Fake. Fake. Fake. Email addresses for the Nhs are either @nhs.uk or nhs.net Please I know what I am saying very well And no NHS Trust will ask you for 1 pence for any occupational health assessment. Look at the dirty barcode on the supposed offer letter. Nigerians will keep falling for scammers. 1 Like |

Cashmadam: Thank you for sounding reasonable We are supposed to believe a woman is doing all this to you without any cause I suggest he calls his family elders and they should settle their issue . I find it hard to believe someone is forging document and planning to kidnap a child for no cause . 2 Likes |

Jesusfallsatan: It’s no news and it’s very unfortunate that many women take this route. You are right about the japa Reality. Only tourist root to take is USA, for other countries you will suffer on a tourist visa. If she succeeds you can kiss UK goodbye for life! (Except u later get a powerful passport) but like I said ; allow her to go as long as she doesn’t take ur child. As a father you can only try ur best to provide a good life for ur offspring. But Godforbid anything should happen to u tomorrow, he may benefit from the madness of today. That child is more important than ego. Pls. God will grant you Wisdom on how to handle it 1 Like 1 Share |

Cashmadam: Thank you for your inputs. Appreciate! Like the saying goes, there are 3 sides to a story. My truth, her truth and the Truth. I am ready to be an open book. There is no serious reason doing this behind me. The main reason is that, she is tired of Nigeria and she has people in the UK who influence her to take this route. I am not against her travelling and staying in the UK. "When a woman is feed up there is nothing you can do about it" but why tarnish my image and get me in trouble, also why want to go with a child without his father's consent just because you don't want leave your child behind. To stay in the UK is not easy at the moment. I have been there twice. I stayed in Illford back then and I know how expensive things are. I will chill out and wait for the outcome in few weeks, if the outcome is positive. I will let her go and fight for my Son. Thanks you 1 Like |

She is just tired of the country and want to leave. She has never travel out of Africa before... she just want to leave. |
