Look at FESTAC today, everything has been destroyed. The estate now looks like a market place, and it was never like that before. There are Igbo people I know whose lands allocated to them by the FCT were usurped by non Igbos. The ursupers built on those lands. Let's hope that Wike demolishes those buildings of the usurpers and give back the lands to the people the lands were originally allocated to.

the issue here is not even that the building is built on illegal location but that the developer is not the owner of the land..let the owner of the land approach court then and claim the land back. The owner will surely has the right document for the land...They might even both settle out of court and the developer compensate the right owner better instead of this total wastage...what i believe is there is more to that story than what the official just told us simple.
