The guarantor's form must be printed out. Your guarantor is better off using blue or black ink to fill the form.

I saw some the requirements which says....

attached with Photocopy of Data page of Guarantor's Nigerian e-Passport ...

How do I go about this.. ..

Can I pay for it...? Can I use anyone as my guarantor... Cause my brothers wife has a valid.. passport.. can I use her own??

And Lastly.. how do I get it signed by a commissioner for oaths.. ..

hey guys, anyone collected their passports in port harcourt office recently? captured since june through an agent, but no show yet.

It is better to enter and take the normal procedure. Don't take the risk of paying anything to people at the gate.

No, I did DIY, Your source is probably speaking about those who used an agent.

For DIY February, our files haven't been touched at all. They just bundled and left them at the servicom office. Festac is not DIY-friendly after all. If you need your passport in less than 6 months, and you want to use the Festac office, rethink DIY o. Because at this rate who knows when it will be produced

If you are DIY at Festac and your passport has not been produced for 5 or 6 months, go and report to the PCO like I explained earlier and your passport will be produced and activated within a week. I did same and got positive result. The PCO is a good man. You don't have to bribe anybody to get it done

and about activation ,it did not even take 5mins talk more of 2weeks. dont even drop anything.

Only High Court or Magistrate Court.
At High Court of Lagos State Igbosere Road it costs ₦500 to get the guarantor's form stamped.

FESTAC 'DO IT YOURSELF' DIY GATHER HERE. Well you guys should march straight to the PCO office. Na the only solution be that but nigerians are mostly keypad warriors. If u need your passport insist u want to see the pco or wait till he comes down from office...if una like make una go waste money for fast track. Goodluck

It does not work like that. When you pay the passport application fee (pay online or at one of the approved banks by NIS). As soon as the Nigeria Immigration Service confirms your application fee is successful you will be able to print the guarantor's form and other required documents here:

I have my passport but it have expired... my family decided to change our surname .. base on personal reasons..so my old passport is bearing my old family surname...
