The way you rant on every threads about the knowledge of the issues, one would have thought the judgement will go the way you always say it. This is more of technicality than dwelling on the case. As I have said earlier, the tribunal's power to determine whether a person is qualified or unqualified is restricted to S134 and S182 of the CFRN - Tsammani JCA
