There is no any prayer that can be said in Islam while you are drunk, you are crossing the line, if you don't the rules you simply ask.
Taking alcohol is completely forbidden in Islam ,it was allowed initially during the prophet's time but it was letter banned completely because when your are drunk instead of you to praise and glorify Allah you end up insulting, demeaning and doing all manner of disrespect to Allah, and also because it does more harm than good.
The prohibition of taking alcohol is clearly stated in the Qur'an is not a Hadith. I pray Allah should assist you to stop drinking alcohol
