I don't see France or Italy producing such. I for Impossicant.

I maintain my stance. The wealthiest reside in their dominant environment as that is where they are most likely to generate their wealth. They will have passports of developed countries to ease navigation, but residing permanently? No, it does not make sense. It is an aberration.

1. Most if not all make illegitimate money that they can't make overseas even if you turn them to oyinbo or Arab etc.
2. Some of them make legit money and they simply love the fact they can oppress you.
3. They love the fact that you or Nigerians worship them.
