Keep pushing ahead 💪

I'm working on one myself...just don't know how to build app yet.

So I'm running full-time on manual.

I will say u used the wrong tool for the job. The right car for ehailing shouldn't consume more than 25% of your earnings on fuel.
And Uber Commission is 25% nothing more. So get your facts and calculations right no dey lie because u wan chase clout.

my brother you don’t need to know how to do it
Look for a software company that agrees on installment pay
Pay gradually while they build your app from start to finish

You think say na every ceo for every company sabi build app 😂🤣

Find someone to build it
Market it or find some investors to join you
You’re good to go

Your experience is personal and differs from others...I have a neighbour who is into it as a side hustle, if you ask the guy, he will tell you being an Uber driver is next thing after catfish peppersoup. The guy is cashing out!
Can you connect me to him? I think I need a proper orientation.

It's either you are are lying or you are telling us a fictional story. angry
One thing I've come to know about Nigerians is they will always discourage people from joining their line of business or tell you how difficult it to make a living from what they are doing.

Even the ones abroad will always discourage other Nigerians from traveling abroad angry
Do they pay someone for lying?

This means the business is no more lucrative. You are yet to factor in maintenance allowance for the car. What about feeding too or do you drive with an empty stomach?

OkukoIgbo:
SO na approximately 22 litres of fuel you use?

TO Show working:

You make 22000 naira

Uber took 35%: 35/100 = 0·35
0·35 x 22000 = 7700 naira

You are left with 22000 - 7700 = 14300 naira

You said you came back with only 550 naira
meaning you used 14300 - 550 = 13750 naira for fuel.

You said fuel price was 617 naira per litre,
13750/617 = 22·28525122 litres

I know Abuja pump meter will take care of the decimal points accordingly,
IN summary, it is approximately 22 litres you used within those few hours.
Nice 'show working.' wink

Your own even better, mine was in portharcourt last week, my front right shock spoil, linkage, fuel 599 naira, ran from morning till 8pm, made like 17k, fuel took 12k, bolt charged 4.5k, took coke and groundnut, went home owing bolt because there's no way I'm paying them that money. And I'm done doing it cos my car is already making funny sound which I know I will have to fix when I have the money. Funny thing is how Portharcourt riders orders you around some will even want you to come pick them up from inside a hole and take them to inside a hole
LMAO!!! grin
