the citizens need to start paying for garbage disposal. That is what will give government the funds to run the incinerator. Nigerians don't like paying for a single thing.

Obviously, u don’t know the foundational reason why Dubai became a global success. Even Lagos with all the monopoly it enjoys relative to other states cannot become like Dubai.
