This is the fastest I have seen..

After announcing appearances...the Justice just simply throw out his appeal cheesy cheesy cheesy

Because this stage started to be set right from when Buhari sacked Justice Oghenhen and acted like a prosecutor against Justice Oghenhen. APC/Buhari/Tinubu conjoined and appointed loads of the judges to the senior courts.
Even during the presidential election campaign, Tinubu supporters openly bragged that Tinubu influenced the appointments of loads of the judges of the superior courts, therefore other presidential candidates were wasting time.

OBI HAVE FULFILED HIS CIVIC DUTY TO THE ELECTORATE.

PEOPLE CAME OUT AND VOTED FOR HIM.

SOME LOST THEIR LIFE.

THE LEAST HE CAN DO IS TO PURSUE THE RESULT TO A LOGICAL CONCLUSON AND HE JUST DID.

AS FOR TINUBU, ONCE FBI RECORDS START GOING GLOBAL, NIGERIANS WILL KNOW IF THIS IS THE KIND PRESIDENT AFRICA GIANT DESERVE OR NOT.

IN MY OPINION, I NEVER WANTED TINUBU OUT TODAY BECAUSE AS LONG AS HE IS THERE THE DESTRUCTION OF NIGERIA IS ASSURED.

PROBLEMS UPON PROBLEMS, AT THE END, HE WILL STILL BE BOOTED OUT BY FIRE AND BY FORCE.

Crying and laughing at the same time.........sorry oooo

Oga your brain is not working straight. Tinubu can be the worst presidient ever. That does not mean Nigeria's democracy is over - whatever that is supposed to mean.

The only question is, was the judgment fair? And since you allege there was bribery can you explain how? Or once your candidate has lost you think it makes sense to start crying bribery?

Senseless.

olodo rabata.....

Who asked you for your stupid ramblings? Who the heck are to determine what Nigerians view as fair or not after the daylight robbery that was the so called sham of an election and the current economic misfortunes that we all (you inclusive when you get off your drug infused high will realise) are facing?

After smoking loud stop coming to social media to make noise.

If you don get court case before in Nigeria, you will realized that it favors only the highest bidder means you must get better money to get justice in Nigeria. So I wasn't expecting anything

The Judges know what they did with Obi's petition.

Since the Atiku's 460k drug forfeiture appeal was filed through replies and not through the petition, the judges used technicality to squeeze that part of the appeal.

Obi's appeal on the drug issue was filed properly and I know they will dismiss it not to give it live or any interpretation for forfeiture.

Nigeria is a criminal state.

Keep on weeping. E dey sweet us.

The Supreme Court has dismissed Peter Obi's appeal.

I understand the position of the supreme Court, INEC enjoys too much legal protection to do rubbish in this country, the law should be changed to make INEC too to independently defend her decisions n not be aligning with any party,Atiku has done his best to expose Tinubu,at least now it's a fact that, Tinubu didn't attend any primary school,he attended an imaginary secondary school,n by the time FBI files gives the details about his American abracadabra then the struggle must move to the NASS,the law provide time limits so the supreme Court can not be faulted but if FBI files hits the final nail then the nation must rise against the NASS to uphold the honour n integrity of the country.

You are having the type of country people like you deserve. A most primitive and dysfunctional country.
Problem is that others are roped into most dysfunctional one Nigeria with you now. Oyibo keeps the dysfunctional country one because of the economic interest of Oyibo. Your only line for now is that your kinsmen shall be in charge of cheap cash from crude oil in the next 4 to possibly, 8 years.

Exactly. Once he realized he lost the election and confirmed that it is the fact (I think he knew deep down), he should have congratuled the winner and take up an opposition role immediately. Rather he followed the script of an average desperate Naija politician.

Play the long game. Present yourself as a true statesman and democrat like Goodluck Jonathan, gain more local and international followership and start strategizing for the next election.

But I think he's lost more goodwill and leverage with this approach and would not gain anything from it.

Why leave PDP that he could have become deputy to Atiku... Even in 2031 LP with Obi ll come third. Only PDP can defeat APC in president race

Because there is no evidence.

Obi Gbajue claimed he won an election but did not provide any result of what he got at the polls.

This election is the most freest and fairest in the history of our country since 1999.

This is one of thr first petition I’ve seen that is not based on rigging. Not based on ballot snatching but nonsense 25% Abuja vote.

So if they mistakenly move FCT to Kano tomorrow, an Ibo man that won the majority votes in the states of the federation should be denied his mandate simply because he failed to get 25% in Kano?

Also, if the Supreme Court had said 25% in Abuja is compulsory. In the next election, Hausa/Fulani people will mobilize themselves and transfer their polling unit to Abuja such that it might be hard for any candidate to have that 25% figure because that number will be split.
Brilliant comment!
What is even special about Abuja that you must (like they claim) have 25% of vote in the city to win an election....nor be the same Nigerians dey live there.

'Evidence', ke?
Wetin consyn obidients with 'evudence'?

Till tmr they are still marking the 'masaka' at Lekki without a single evidence to back up their evil which led to the wanton destruction of lives and properties in Lagos, whilst they pretended not to see where the real massacre occured just bcus it happened in their backyard and under d watch of their bloda Peter obi.

The only 'evidence'they need to activate their zombie mode is just for the lie to be spoken by a fellow bloda.

The only way to get Tinubu out was through his certificates. However, Atiku abubakar wasn't smart enough on that. Conduct that election 100 times Tinubu will win. The political odds was just in favour of him.

His dunce followers don't even know that obi's case from the begining did not claim he won the elections but that the winner should be disqualified and a rerun carried out.

He based his entire case on technicalities surrounding Tinubu's nomination , Abuja 25% crap and INEC's inability to transmit results using IREV portal.

At no time did Obi say he won.

Obi's case was no different than that of APM's.

Only Atiku was in court seeking that he be sworn in as the true winner but he did not provide any evidence he won .

A dunce is he/she who follows a man who forfeited drug trafficking money to become his/her country's president.
A dunce is he or she who follows a man whose academic records remain a disputed subject, the opinion of your court judges in Nigeria is irrelevant as the world knows Nigeria as haven of corruption.

You are the dunce and dumbo but unknown to you.
