Seychelles to go to most countries on earth,

But in terms of a country I would actually like to be a citizen of, then it is South Africa. SA is like a mixture of Asia, Africa, and Europe. Also, they have the best landscape in Africa. South Africa is fine.

I repeat, South Africa is fineeeeee. Too fine. If the country is a woman, she would be Genevieve Nnaji, or my nairaland crush, magnoliaa.

Do you think the Dutch were dumb when they chose SA as the only country in Africa they wanted to make their home? After colonizing South Africa, they refused to leave, and instead, wanted it for themselves. They colonised other parts of Africa and left, but not SA.

And also huge. I am a fan of huge countries because I like huge houses, with yards so far than the eyes can see. I like my neighbors to be trees, migratory birds, and summer butterflies.

SA is bigger than Nigeria but has less than 50M people, with a strong and diverse economy, and a diplomatic weight Nigeria can dream of. You will hardly see SA citizens scattered abroad, even if their economy is bad at the moment.

SA is home, and if you are single, go to SA, marry an SA citizen, and live there. grin

Really? They have a strong international diplomatic ties like that?

How about Kenya? I think Kenya is beautiful, too. There is a Nomad travelling page I follow on Twitter and they go to the coolest places in Kenya - mostly wild, outdoor-sy and camp-y scenes - and they take fire pictures so I guess that's influenced my perception.

I'm flattered. grin

Yes. Seychelles has the best-performing passport in Africa. Seychellois can visit a whopping 150 countries on Earth without a visa. And that includes the whole of Europe, Russia, China and India.

For comparison, Nigerians can visit just 45 countries, and if you minus the other 14 ecowas countries, then it's just 31. And the 31 countries are just places you might havent heard of, or not worthy to go grin

Nieu, Kiribati, Comoros, Fiji, Micronesia, Iran, Palau, Samoa, St kiss and Nevis, Vanuatu. LOL. Can you find any of these countries on the map? Oh Nigeria my country. cry

Kenya is beautiful, but on a pound-for-pound basis, SA is far more beautiful than Kenya. Cape Town for example has constantly been voted the most beautiful city in the world. No Kenyan city has won that title.

This is impressive. Had no idea o.

Voted above cities in US, Italy, and even in the Nordic states?

And I was thinking of applying for visa to Iran... I didn't know it was visa free. I'd like to visit the one time most sanctioned country in the world!

Yes. Voted above western cities.

Western cities are mostly modern and beautified in a human way. I am referring to natural beauty and landscape. A city so beautiful naturally, seamlessly integrating mountains, sea, weather, and vegetation.

Now add the human final touch of modernity, then you get a Wakanda on earth. That is South Africa for you. Thats why lots of whites live there, they don't want to leave.

SA is a different ball game in that regard. It is for that reason that Cape Town has one of the most expensive real estate on earth. Forget Asokoro, or Lekki, if you have a house in Cape Town, you are legitly a big person.

Iran is probably the only country on our visa-free list that is worth anything. The origin of the Persian empire, and brilliant citizens. Iran is one of the countries where the average person is smart.

I had one Iranian classmate, her name was Parisa. That girl is brilliant, Jesus. She teaches me maths, and I teach her English. And she is also beautiful, the kind of beauty that just makes you melt no matter how hard you are inside.

Go to Iran, it is worth it.

Thank you. This is my cue to get my money up well grin.

Get a house in Cape Town—I don't even have to always stay there—and enter the big girls' Hall of Fame.

I don't even like Lekki for anything before. Especially because of the stinking waters and mind-numbing traffic.

I'd pick Lagos Island any day over it. Like Lagos Island gan gan. Places like Broad Street, Marina... I just like the ambience somehow, I don't know. Maybe a part of the reason has to do with it being an old locale? And the historic and art centres there. I like the pop/urban feel of it.

I am a mainland person, I don't know Lagos Island much. When God blesses me, I will think of living on the Island.

But the mainland is sweet. It is cheap, full of real people, and not the fake arse that populates the island. 10k will take me far on the mainland than in the island.

I went to one bar like that in VI, I saw the menu, and my spirit almost left me to run. The cheapest shit there was 30k, and na salad o. Same 30k that me and my crew will drink pepper soup, drink beer, chop swallow, and still get change.

I understand some people derive some kind of pride and ego to waste money on these overpriced places, but for me, I like getting real value for my money, so therefore, mainland all the way.

Exactly. It's just like an ego thing. I mean, I know something of quality needs money, but abeg, not to the point of it being ridiculously overpriced.

There may still be some truly elite, influential people in Lekki but it looks like almost everyone there is a social climber like the other. grin

The advantage of name is one thing the place still has.

Lol. If you have been to Cape Town I can assure you London is not as beautiful that is what you are comparing Kenya that is like Nigeria to.

There is no single place in Nigeria that is beta developed than anywhere in Capetown Joburg Durban Pretoria. Those are the cities have been to in SA.

Every single area in those cities is beta than the best of the best of Nigeria.
