You people are confusionist.

The Bible clearly stated that, all men born are sinful, by default.

Psalm 51:5 states that we all come into the world as sinners: “Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, and in sin my mother conceived me.”

What it means is that, the day you were born, you have already sinned, and untill you open your mouth and born again, you cannot go to heaven.

John 3:3-16 KJV
Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

So, children cannot go to heaven according to the Bible because, they are not born again.

But I know heaven does not exist, when people die, they are dead and stay dead.

David said in II Sam 12:13 that his dead son cannot come back but he(David) will see him when he gets to heaven.
The age of consent and conscience is when we have to make a choice to go to accept. God's offer of Jesus and go to heaven or deny Him and go the other way.
No man is put right with God by circumcisions of the body but of the heart.

(1) God was going to kill Moses' child because he wasn't circumcised. It was when Zipporah hurriedly circumcised him that God's anger was tempered.

(2) A woman who had just given birth to a baby was to observe a period of uncleanness, and to give a sin offering.

Really, no one is innocent in God's eyes. Children has sin imputed into them as a condition they were born into.
Imagine that I destroyed something very antique and probably one of the last remaining of its kinds, plunging my entire household into debt and servitude to the government—until an exact replica of what was damaged can be found and put in place of the original.
Any child born to me will automatically be born into servitude and debt, through no fault of their own though. Much the same way that some diseases are caused by genetic defects, and are passed down filial generations.

It is the same way. Every baby is an offspring of Adam and as such is a born into the condition of sin.

If a child dies before he is able to know right from wrong, what God will do is that he will view the child through the lens of the parents’ righteous/unrighteous condition. After all, all things being equal, every child is born with some personality traits inherited from each parent, and so it is prefectly reasonable to conclude that, all things being equal, a child will be like his parents not only in appearance but also in behavior.

Remember the judgment passed down in Ezekiel 9:5, 6, where Jehovah told his executioners that they should destroy every one in that bloodguilty city, including “little child.”

to answer the question , if we are talking about a still birth, no soul was allocated to that baby. its just a dead piece of flesh growing inside the woman and powered by the womans energy but when pushed out no soul was allocated to it. so this was karma punishment for the woman. its punishment and pain she had to go through. no other soul was involved. the stillborn was just flesh

its different if the baby was born alive then died. If the baby was born alive and then died after it’s important to know that is a very righteous soul. To be absent in the flesh is to be present with God. It’s important to understand that this physical world is the place of judgement aka hell that the Bible talks about and so if God puts you in and pulls you out immediately, as in you die after being born into this world ? It means that soul is a righteous soul and needed just a tiny taste of hell on earth because the karma of that soul was minimal. To be absent in the flesh is to be present with God

Babies don't go to hell when they die, the bible doesn't explicit state it but using John 9:41

I would say since babies can't accept or reject Christ, they will go to heaven by Grace when they die.

True, the Purification applied only as far as those descended from Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, but the Law of Moses was meant to expose us all as sinners, and the repeated sacrifices for sins instilled that sin consciousness. The Purification may not be done by us today, but isn't it STILL true that we are all sinners from the moment of conception?
Remember, Jesus' death only saves those who believe in him. Infants are too young to believe in Jesus as a genuine expression of faith, so it seems that God will judge them on the basis of their parents’ standing. This seems to harmonize with what God says, that he brings the punishment for the error of fathers upon sons in the case of those hating him, but shows mercy to the thousandth generation of those loving him.

My brother. The fact that adults believe these fairy tales and fables ceases to amaze me. Is it the newborns fault that it died before it could accept Christ? or it was uncircumcised.
