Pls trying to sign up for an opay account, I choose the "phone number verification" option. But when I try to input my first name it says first name inconsistent with Id information

Your name wey you dey write so, e no match with name wey dey the NIN/Voter card, BVN wey you give them.

You need to input your name exactly as it appears on the BVN portal
