People who sell domain names within 1 day, 1 week or 1 month are not the norm. They are the exception. Even those people still have a ton of domain names that never gets sold. Or got sold near the expiry date.

REMOVE the idea of a quick sale from your mind.

You can't be saying you have interest in doing brandables and also asking "a name on one. Com can i transfer it to dan marketplace?". That question sounds strange and funny for someone that is seemingly ready to start registering names in this bat's economy. It makes me think you are yet to understand the elementary principles of domaining. Dan is not the only marketplace that sells domain, plus you can list any name registered in any registrar in any market place, you can only have a temporal issue if the name sells before 60 days, and the buyer doesn't want a push.

Someone that doesn't sound like knowing the elementary principles of domaining shouldn't bother 'emself trying to use one/com, because it's complex/complicated.

If you feel you have interest in brandables you should be studying and mentioning Brandbucket and Squadhelp not Dan. People that mostly use Dan here are people into Geos. If you're into brandables like me, you shouldn't expect instant sells on registration, rather you should quip yourself with patience and perseverance knowing that ones you make a sale in the right marketplace it would be huge. Squadhelp and BNN contests should help you sharpen your naming skills.

As someone that just stumbled on this thread, you might be thinking domainining and naming brands (brandables) is that easy and you can just reel out words off hands and they are brandables. It goes beyond that. It takes a lot of studying and hardwork to know the patterns and wordings that are brandable. If you don't do these studying and hardwork, you will pay for it, of course with your scarce cash in this bat's bleeding economy. I was fortunate enough to pay my own price (when I thought I could go on registration spree) during GEJ regime, when there was a lot of GoDaddy's, Domain.com and others $0.99 domain registration promos here and there. To register a name I spend about N200 for each name. Compare it to now where there are rarely domain promos of such magnitude, plus we are now in "Batonomy" where it would cost you about N9000 or more to register a name.

You don't want to pay the price with you scarce cash in this bleeding economy, study hard and be sure you're fully learned and ready before registering a single domain. Or you will learn the hard way or in tears.

It takes a decent amount of SEO (and time) to rank on page 1 ... I just see (and pitch) the domains I sell as somewhat of a brand "enhancer"... But, aside from all this grammar ehn - truth be told - beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder...
