I have always want to know about Japa but now my wife and 2 kids stays aboard exactly Canada so I know the difference.

1) if u are migrating to any Europe country with visiting or work visa and u earn like 1m montly here you have failed yourself .
2) most people in abroad doing much better are base on salary by d government e.g immigrants and allysium .
3) my wife and 2 kids are there and I went to Canada twice last year but I always come back to my business here cus I make at least 1.5m to 2m monthly . But for the future of my kids I have to let them stay there so it's about decision making cus I make more money here with low bill's to pay .

It is good for them.
Many people are here in Nigeria lazying around and will immediately buckle their belts when they travel abroad when they know if they don't work, they will die of hunger because no one to look their face.
Also, there is no point seeing someone struggling here regularly asking you for money when he can stay by himself abroad and also contribute his quota to the family development.
It is better my brother japa and find something doing for himself so that I can always have someone to call for contribution for family event. Not just only me bearing the full loads.
Also, life is rub my back I rub your back.
It is better to have more friends and family you can always call for help during emergency than none and they can always call you for financial assistance too pending when you pay back.

You are right regarding freedom to travel but that is just part of the story.

Lot of people have this passport but cannot even afford to buy ticket.

Powerful passport feeds no one, it is the value that you possess that will make life better. Sadly, a lizard in Nigeria does not turn crocodile abroad. A lizard will always be a lizard.

Even if you are stuck anywhere in the world, western govt will contact your people over there for flight money. They wont pay for you. In case of emergency, they will BORROW you money which you MUST pay back once you are back into the country.

My advice:

If God has destined it for you to be there, you will be there, but don't leave a life of fantasy and start daydreaming, WORK HARD and PRAY for grace for God to bless the work of your hands right here in Nigeria, there is plenty MONEY in Nigeria but the problem is that it is in the wrong hands.

God bless you sir, this is bitter truth alot of people fail to know. Black man culture is never design to make him progress. The culture of greed and domineering can never make any society progress. A typical black man is evil, envious, self centered, and lack mental capacity to create a modern society.

Tell me why the people with functioning brains will intentionally destroyed their homes as a result of greed but takes their fortunes to another man's land to enjoy. Why will someone call himself a leader with all resources under his control but could not build a world class hospital in his country but prefer to use foreign hospitals for his medical checkup. Tell me why an experience Surgion, Doctor, lecturer and many financial experts in their fields will refuse to rescue their country but chose to be second hands values in another man's land. I Very much agree with your point. A lizard cannot change location and become a crocodile...but its disheartening when life is made Unnecessarily difficult for a high flyer just becos of his country or some factors that can't just change..some Nigerian kids that can't go to school in nigeria..if they were born in USA they would av attended an ivy league institution..justthat in a first world country with goods standard of living they are not into education.. they prefer skilled jobs they can put more in their pocket
