You are just plain silly.

That citizenship you are chasing, I have 3 in countries you will want to kill yourself for, and I will not sound condescending to the people in Nigeria.

The question you asked shows you dont have a sound IQ.

Each country pays according to how expensive the country is.

In your uneducated mind, you are converting the cost of sweepers in Canada to that of Nigeria using exchange rate. That is what people of unsound mind do.

While you are informing me of the income in Canada, tell me the expenditure in Canada. Is it Naira you will spend in Canada ?.

People like you either remain perpetually in poverty over there or get deported because you cant process thing efficiently.

You are living below the poverty line in the country that you are, and you are not adding any empirical values to the country. Get it right.

Many Nigerians suffer from abroad syndrome

Many are suffering in USA and Canada but they will never admit it.

Yeah, my USA visa was rejected when I was in Nigeria, I got it in a week when I relocated, I got my UK visa in a week too, I am also doing this for family, I don't want to raise kids in a dysfunctional environment.

In terms of weather, food and nightlife Nigeria is a good country grin

You don't want to raise kids in a dysfunctional environment yet you migrated to USA?

What environment is more morally dysfunctional than one in which they are confused about their gender and sexuality?

If you want a functional environment, you should've migrated to eastern Europe

The Nigerians I meet are a different type.
Many Nigerians are doing okay here. Living their best life.
You need to see how people go on vacations regularly in a group I am.
There are places I go and hotels I lodge or go to swim or gym and the calibers of Nigerians you see are quiet far different from the nairaland version

I don't have discourse with unintelligible.

I guess the best achievement in your life was flying a plane with almost 3 lay overs.

There are levels abroad. How are you balling where you claim you are?

Hustling from one menial jobs to the other. I can't and won't dignify you with a response anymore.

Owning passports do not make anyone rich. It s just a travelling paper. The values you posses is the game changer, which obviously you do not have.

Owning Foreign Passport(s) is a MEANS to an END and not the END itself. It does NOT translate to being rich

I wish you tough luck in your miserable life.

You are a dumb boy. Be proud of ya dumbness.
If dem born ya papa well & you wanna disgrace ya ancestors, let's debate japanian crisis properly.
You ll tell me reasons why same minds that can afford traveling out to stay in Nigeria.

I have been in Chicago for a few weeks, and I know how my life has changed in just the few weeks I have been here. Just be like, say na now my life start. by the time the 2 million naira salary be like 2thousand naira time coming, na that time dem go know say khaki no be leather"

You previously claimed you were just few weeks in the States and that your lifejust started, now you are a truck driver, working and sending money home.

Not everyone is illogical like you. You are dealing with individuals that can connect the dots.

The situation of Nigerian is very pathetic, before this shiit hit the fan I have always wanted to travel out to Europe and experience another culture, not by crook means tho

Anytime I see that naija guy that’s always visiting European countries and documenting it I always pray for him to live long cos that’s exactly the type of life I want to live, but first you need to leave naija

A lot of things are made much more easier over there, the system works and is a bit sane especially in Europe, having access to visit countries by train or bus without fear of bandits, meeting new people and visiting sites just for the fun of it is a life worth living

I definitely want Nigeria to be better but I doubt if that’s gonna happen in the next 10 years wit the crop of leaders we have now, so if you can still move out legitimate do so if you have the means, establish a strong base over there and maybe can come in once in a while, my children must not experience the brutal reality I have witness in this country, part of the reason I no even Dey think marriage the next 4 years

It's better you marry or get a child somewhere. My younger brother was doing well in Port then working with Intel,I told him marry,or pregnant a lady he was forming 10year relationship with one babe.He lost his job 5years ago couldn't get another job, became a bolt driver, the lady ran off with someone else, every one needs a better life. Now in his mid 40's no wife,no child,no job.

With money you can always go anywhere.....as long as you are not applying from Nigeria. Many people still don't know you can't be walking up to big embassies these days if you are applying from Nigeria because they are not stupid, they see what's going on in the country.

That's not true. It's not all about money,I applied from Nigeria with my son to a big embassy,I did it myself and we got our visas. All the fake agents I paid could do nothing.France rejected us twice,UK I did on my own rejected us 4times,Italy rejected us once,Estonia rejected us once.I learnt from each rejection and got better. If I had applied UK again I would have gotten it.Now my son and I can genuinely say Happy New year. The feeling you get when you're taking your time to move knowing fully well your visa is in the bag.

Word on the street says naira is going to be exchanged at 1,500 to a dollar next year. The earlier you start trading your properties for cash and store the funds in a domicilary account to appreciate gains, the better.

I pity people like the op who have limited knowledge and forming they know it all. He mentioned about Nigeria's debt and some of other figures. I wish he could know that those countries he was advising people to go have more debt, revenue to debt, gdp to debt, etc more than Nigeria. As at Sept. 2023, USA loan to GDP is about 123% with budget deficits of $1.7 trillion. Japa is not for everyone no matter how much the exchange rate is.

Big man, the Nigerians that do well in USA are not the ones doing menial jobs

My uncle who is doing alright there works in a tech company and even as at that, coming back to Nigeria with his entire family, is an expensive trip'

It will take him four years to recover financially from that trip he made

Another uncle of mine, works as a nurse in UK, he doesn't have $20,000 in his bank acct, even though he has been working in the system for at least 7 years.

The money no easy like that...as you dey make am, bills and taxes dey chop am too , even with a decent job

One delusional japa bro once told me that once he gets abroad and start working, he will get money to build hotel and gas plant in Nigeria

A house in Azikiwe road in Aba costs a minimum of N 100m to buy, how many people do you know that japa that can boast of $80,000 in their acct.?

Many Americans that earn that much don't even that type of money left after all is said and done, not to talk of Uk folks working caregiver and driver jobs.

The only benefit of japa is more opportunities if you are into sports or more business opportunities but as a 9-5 worker, you'll probably enjoy more in Nigeria than in Uk.

It will get to 2,000 to a dollar within this administration.

Domicilary acct, alone, is not advisable because you may not have access to the money due to dollar shortage

Better to mix it up, keep some in dorm acct, keep some physical cash.
