You never stated it in your initial post that it is a proceed from investment so it is the information at our disposal as at when the comment was made was what was used.

Reading up, I saw that you wanted to move because you are getting attention in your current location. I'll suggest you get a house in an estate where most people mind their business and won't be noticing how your current neighborhood is doing. Building your own house in another location and moving doesn't mean when development comes to the location your new neighborhood won't spot you how the current one spotted you.
