Watching your food intake and weight is for your own good and benefit of even your family. Say your husband no complain is no reason why you should not take care of yourself. Such irresponsible lapse in judgement is part to blame for why the mortality rate among Nigerians, even those abroad, continues to hover around 59 years of age.
