The guy has cheated. Simple

The fact is that cheating is not something that happens in one step. It starts by looking and then it progresses from there.

If a guy is still getting sexually enticed by other women and he is engaged to be married,he is not ready to be married. Infact if he marries, with habits like that ,his marriage will have issues.
