Leave religion out of stock trading.
Your primary purpose of coming to the market is to make money.

Church will even collect tithe and offering from an armed robber they know and still pray for him.

If you don't want to make the money, others are ready. My best is to point and you watch it.
Watch champion from tomorrow and see

Maybe your church... all sorts out there nowadays

The new team of ELLAHLAKES' management are really young professionals who in my opinion are serious with this agricultural thing... If you have idle naira, please commit it to this stock not just for CAPITAL appreciation but to secure your FUTURE...

Will it do double digits...? YES... Will it do more than double digits? FUTURE

Be guided as you make your findings about the company

https://ellahlakes.com/

From what I observed from their recently concluded AGM... The movement will be louder than ftncocoa...

DD pls

Anyway i guess you know what you are doing

I can't tell, but let me get the units I need first then see how it goes! Its a long term play for me unless it takes another run, I exit if profit is good.

I know Ellah is better as a long term play. My unit cost for Ellah was 3.03 but it kept struggling to pass the 3.60-3.70 range so I sold most of my holding around 3.64 on Monday and Tuesday. I would love to accumulate more of Ellah but only around 3.00 or lesser since the last right issues was for 2.90. The firm can come good in 5 years time but I believe there will be better opportunities (cheaper entry price) especially if the much talk about "Market Correction/Pullback" happens. But I might be wrong too since I only just got into NGX last year July/August. My opinion though.

They are never in the same class. The first two are into palm oil and rubber. The other is Jack of all crops and talking of building silos in different state maybe they are federal government. That is what they want to use the fund they are raising to do...build silos. They sound more like all this digital agriculture. It is obvious they are planning to be wayhousing agriculture products from farmers and resale.

Hello, I'm new to the Nigerian stock market and looking to get started. Could someone guide me on how to set up an online trading account? Additionally, I would appreciate recommendations for both online and offline resources, such as books, that can help deepen my understanding of stock trading. Are there any movies that you would suggest for gaining a better insight into this field? I'm seeking advice from those experienced in this area. Thank you for your help!

Am a new bie also.. Can share the links too?

A company with price to earning ratio of over 120 is risky

Coming from a 9 months Jan to September 2022 profit of N1.78Billiom to Jan to September 2023 loss of over N90 Million.
Holders will be looking for who to dump it on after pushing it high. I will advise rookies or newbies to stay clear while the nsempa "book makers" are busy promoting a product where pigs can get slaughtered.
They know how they do their thing and profit from it. As soon as they settle inside the stock, they promote it to the moon. When they are out, you get to find out days after.
Even when u see it going up, do not regret not joining the trip because when the journey begins down hill, you may be left trapped up hill.
A word is enough.......
You all know the stock I am talking about

Always do ur DD

But for some inexplicable reason, this response should've been on the same date as your post above.
...didn't quite understand the difficulty with login in.

On JAIZ BANK, only if you knew that the glorified micro-finance bank as you put it, is among the top DMBs currently well placed to reap great returns from the persistently hawkish MP environment.
Little wonder why there was an astronomical rise in NPM (ref: 185%) in their Q3, 2023 financial print, following a near 36,800bps growth from playing in certain class of FII.

Interestingly, the said bank is about the only quoted coy in that sector with a seeming "antibody" that shields her from certain policy restrictions by the regulator/Apex bank in view of her operating model.

Only if you knew that...

Most folks will recall I initially highlighted the value accretive potential in JAIZ BANK @ N1.4 at about the same time I gave a buy rating on STERLING @ N1.7--1.8.
When that bank (JAIZ) begins it's run, "the jug will be 2.5--3x filled" before...

Technically, the chart is doing something I love to see.

CAVEAT: NOT to be inferred as any sought of investment advice. Due diligence still applies as always.

It is well!

JAIZ BANK is officially km4... One of my best decisions this 2024... Thanks to UNITY BANK for making this happen... Left my majority stake in unity for JAIZ few days ago...

Chams as I said could replicate ucapital in future...5yrs horizon. Thr products and services are selling because of digitalisation of things. It could touch #5 this yr with good results that will definitely come from them.If they start earning in dollars that will be bgi based on new contracts

Pls not buy recommendation. If you decide to buy at your own risk.i said the same for jaiz bank as the bank to do 100% this year when it was 1.60.Talked about Transcorp when it was #4 plus though I was in it long before that at #2.Then i said power sector was the place to be.Have always keyed into sugar before it touch #20 and kept toping up
My investment decisions has always been based on FA and what is on the street reason I choose this moniker.i am not surprised that Tony companies are doing well.i remember saying jagaban could make him cbn governor here after his personal visit to him after election. OKOMUOIL and presco is doing well because of palm oil which demands is more than crude oil both local and foreign....this information you get on the street. And sugar will always be needed even if diabetes is killing people, lol

Taking profit from just a single day of full bid after several months of price consolidation? We easily forget that DS/NS were not part of the earlier bull.

People have different entry points and different motives.

They should have used this bull period to usher in their listing price. I thought DS would have gotten to #100 before retracting. Just look at Buafoods firing from all cylinders, e pain shaa cry cry cry

However, massive correction might begin end of the month as majority of the stocks are crazily overbought.

Good morning sir. Thank you for being so generous with this info. Please how can I monitor the market to be able to make decisions? Can you point me to any thread on NL or any material you can recommend?

You can get information on NASD website and from individual company's website especially for the few active ones.

May be it’s best to wait till the Q4 results since it’s for the long term. We are like in injury time. Really not the best time to accumulate. Aim must always be to buy at a discount of value or at worst at value. The aim of DD is to improve vision.
