Oga ote didn't buy transcorp ,fbn and Dan cement based on TA at the various time he bought. He bought those shares strictly on FA which he equally mentioned, mostly for transcorp plc. Nobody here will equally tell us that TA saw the upward movement in those stock before ote entered.

And oga Emma here who has and continues to record great success does not base his dealings on TA unless I am wrong. He has never mentioned TA.So I am right to say billionaires no get time for TA

I agree with you.
The kind of research the Billionaires commissioned before venturing into a company is second to none.
They poach the best brain in the investment industry. They probably got no time for market timing, if equity falls, they capitalise on the discount to consolidate their holding and position.
The narrative of Otedola in poaching the current CEO of Geregu was told by him.
Believe it or not, most of the the Billionaires in Wall street are not traders.

The sale of Oando filling stations happened in 2022 (if I am not mistaken)
The 2021 result was released in 2023, and it contained some info on ''events after the balance sheet date'' where major issues that had occurred between the financial year end (Dec2021) and the date of release of the financial results (2023) are discussed briefly.
It was also mentioned in the 2021 accounts that the company would likely turnaround in 2023.
However, the new ENI acquisitions and other developments from 2023 (e.g. 98% of all revenue/receipts in dollars) would impact positively going forward. The ENI acquisition was not captured in the 2021 results
In fact, I am expecting Oando share price to skyrocket when results for Q1/Q2 2023 are released

Okay, now I understand but Wale is smarter than you.
Knowing well the 2023 results will be okay, Wale will only release his 2022 calamity in this 2024 and as the case lingers, the 2023 results will also linger.Cant you see we are in for a long thing if we continue to rely on 2023 result?

With the expectation that the interest on 365 day Treasury Bill will rise to between 18% and 19% in the primary market tomorrow, there is a high probability that this week will close in red
Thanks for this info. When do u think auction of primary bond may happen again. I didn't like the last one called re introduction. The maths be no dey straight for me

I agree with you.
But anyone that knows and understands the potential value of Oando (if there is no delisting) should be ready for the long wait (hopefully alive). That should be the sacrifice if you dont have the cash to buy at high price.
If you can, then endure and wait for the harvest. If not, then see how you joggle your investments or trades to take advantage of other stocks.
As for me, I don't want to regret missing out on this Oando opportunity. I lost money when Wapco or BCC was selling at N4 for a long period during some corporate restructuring ( several years ago), and then the price rose to N70 after the restructuring.
But if Oando delist, I am okay, I will not kill myself.
I am suspecting that the Q1/Q2 results will be released shortly after the 2022 results

Audited 2022 and 2023 FS would likely be released together. This year. AGM for both years held same day.

There is no need spreading rumours or fake news.
The new Oando shareholders are genuine shareholders. I got to know about this new case when someone mentioned it on Nairametrics. I google searched and I found the names of some of the new shareholders who have asked to be joined in the case. The details are online. Just search for it and read. They are not from Wale or anybody. They are Oando shareholders like you and I who may have the privilege and capacity to join the court case because they know what is at stake and want to prevent cheating.
It is not every time we come up with warped conspiracy theories against some ''rich'' or ''powerful'' men whenever something goes wrong. It distorts the capacity to do meaningful analysis sometimes.
You may be right to say that those earlier shareholders that requested for the buyout were from Wale, but the new set that have requested to join the case to oppose the delisting are genuine shareholders.
Oga I no enter oando like you who feels all your future is tied to oando and does not look front and back. That is why the only contribution you make here has to do with oando. No kill yourself if oando disappoints u.I said it very long ago here that the guys who went to court first are fake. And your likes brought out all kind of links to prove thr identity. Now your brains are resetting. being why should thr still be court case when they could sell higher and quietly leave..This same master at his first game.Use another group via court to make higher offer....It pays to be street credible

If this second group are real or serious. What they should be calling for now and putting all action in place, is to remove wale as ceo of oando. And you solve all problems with oando. Why hasn't nse suspended oando shares from trading for violations of its rules

Wale just pay me #20,lol

People might be looking at time factor.
DS shareholders will have their share automatically converted to DF while those in NASCON might have to wait for theirs to be listed which might take some time.
Not really. Nascon first becomes DS, then all become DF same day.

Nascon (and most probably DS) would release their audited financials by end of February. The court order to sanction the merger would come in and I suspect they could include the sanction as a resolution to be passed at the next AGM (if allowable). Deal likely consummated Q2. Patience. We wait.

Opposite!
I don't personally see OANDO going back to below 10 again.
The activities today was normal, a reaction from disappointed minority investors whose high hopes were dashed due to the adjournment again.

I stand to be corrected anyway.....as we hand over the situation to Mr. Market to take care of .....in its own way.

..but we must know that those guys have plans, what was in their mind we don't know.
Oando wont do 10 again

The ground for the postponement of the Oando court case was positive for shareholders. It technically marks the dead-on-arrival of the delisting proposition. Om Oando, we stand!

The fact that Venus construction and 14 others are representing all minority shareholders has been rendered null and void since some different minority shareholders has joined as petitioners irrespective. (Not comfortable enough to have Venus construction representing them)
What could be the implication of this?
Lawyers here should help us.

The high priest and prophet of OANDO, We all know there is value in OANDO, however, ur optimism is 2nd to none.
Invest cautiously, I meant "invest with extreme caution"
You are dealing with Wale Tinubu, the man who sat on a company FS for 4 years, the man who failed to give the account of his stewardship as the CEO, the god of OANDO.
The man who tot his listed company is bigger than both the NGX and the Johannesburg Exchange.
This is the man you should hit fervently with your prophesy and prayer.
Do you know how many people lost their jobs in SEC on this same issue of Jubril Adewale Tinubu?
Do you know how he used technicality render useless the attempts of SEC to commission a forensic audit of Oando?
Do you even know that Wale sponsored few individuals to request for Oando DELISTMENT
You only saw the golden lining, not what is beneath.
I'm not discouraging you in anyway, the future video and propaganda clips on the vision of Oando is just the dream of Wale Tinubu et al.
They are more than ready both in action and word that Oando should be delisted.
If you are a prayer warrior begin to pray against " PHASE 4 MINORITY SHAREHOLDERS INVESTMENT DESTRUCTION "
Remember, Wale once proposed N7 as exit price, without an AGM approval.
This is the Oando 😈 demon you are banking on.
Good luck high priest and prophet of OANDO.

I mentioned that it can't go below 10 again based on recent observation of trend over time and not based on TA/FA.
If it goes below, it's another opportunity presenting itself. Mr. Market has the final say.

FCMB price looks good at N4.82 EPS but their dividend pay is poor. Last year was 25k. Should pay at least N1 if not N1.50 based on current EPS but i doubt it. Is FCMB a good buy at current price? I actually offloaded not long ago but thinking of re entering

Spot on! I remember how I smiled to the bank when my Dangote Flour bar came in.

Dangote Sugar that is 80 naira today was once upon a time 5 Naira. Alhaji made NASCON a toast for investors. Dangote Cement was once upon a time 160 Naira

Consistent dividends even during COVID . Alhaji is bankable. Who go help you , no go stress you. I pray Oando ends well for everyone on the train.

Short-Term Market Outlook Turning Bearish With NSE ASI Double Top
Market All-Share Index is showing a short-term possible double top. A break of the neckline on high volume will possibly drag the index to its mean. This is a bearish outlook; however, the overall market outlook, both medium- and long-term, remain bullish
