In case any one of our forum Fanboys wants to argue that Tucker is a journalist. Here is what the lawyers at Fox had to say when he was sued for slander. Basically that any reasonable viewer arrives with an appropriate amount of skepticism about what he says. My fault, reasonable wouldn't be a word I would use to describe Baslilico or Benalvino Just read U.S. District Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil's opinion, leaning heavily on the arguments of Fox's lawyers: The "'general tenor' of the show should then inform a viewer that [Carlson] is not'stating actual facts' about the topics he discusses and is instead engaging in 'exaggeration' and 'non-literal commentary.' A lot of fake news media pundits have been crying that Tucker scored an interview with the devil Putin. Something they have been trying to do. Tucker is a special kind of journalist, to say the least. |

sanpipita: Why not. It could be argued he ordered the murder of America citizens. European courts have indicted dictators and other leaders. A European court could indict Obama for knowingly arming ISIS. A local court would also include obstruction of justice for firing Michael Flynn after he said Obama was arming serious jihadists. Obama also has war crimes , forcible displacement of population in Libya, Syria and Iraqi Yazidis. |

bemeruca: The EU parliament is talking about banning Tucker from the EU. Talk about the absolute arrogance of the EU. Putin on a MSNDNC,CNN, BBC etc journalists interview would be gotcha questions. But I think Putin has been giving long interviews to media unlike joe Biden who comes with a reading list of journalists and their queries. |

Niki Haley loses Nevada. Voters had a choice " None of these candidates " if they didn't want any of the listed ones, Trump was not on the ballot. Results are in.

Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) and Rep. Deb Haaland (D-N.M.) shook off defamation claims by a group of Catholic high school students from Kentucky over tweets related to a January 2019 incident on the National Mall, after the Sixth Circuit held they are immune from the lawsuit. The legislators are immune from suit as federal employees under an amendment to the Federal Tort Claims Act, because they were acting within the scope of their employment when they sent the allegedly defamatory tweets, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit said Thursday. A president has no immunity at all. |

I'm listening to this Supreme court criminal trump disqualification and I'm not convinced the Justices will stand with Colorado Supreme court. They will let criminal trump be on the ballot. What a shame. 1 Like 1 Share |

Obrigardo: Until he's convicted for insurrection either directly or by giving comfort to insurrectionists, then he should be on the ballot. The best way to shut the criminal up remains through the ballot. 4 Likes 3 Shares |

Konkoja: I think you are right in the sense of a conviction in political terms. But in the constitution, section 3 didn't say anything about a conviction. Though with this charged and volatile political climate, a conviction would certainly bolster the disqualification. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Konkoja: I did think the due process issue gave the court enough pause/rational to deny it. That being said, I want to see how the Supreme Court deals with the actual words of the insurrection clause in the Constitution(as Obrigardo mentioned) when they hand down the ruling. 1 Like |

Robert Hur came out with his report on Biden's classified document. He is declining to prosecute. My issue is the extraneous language in the report. Seems similar to Comey 2.0 and a variation from Mueller's report. I think Merrick Garland is by far the weakest Attorney General of any President by far. Here is how Hur describes Biden. “Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview with him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning elderly man with a poor memory,” Mr. Hur wrote. Why would any Special Prosecutor put this type of remark in any document. And for background when Trump have his written answers to Mueller he said he "couldn't remember" more than 30 times about something that happened less than 2 years prior. https://www.cnn.com/2019/04/18/politics/trump-written-testimony-mueller/index.html Below is Biden's lawyer's response to that portion of the document. 1 Share

LMAO. When it’s Biden, he’s just an old fool who cant remember anything becuase of dementia -but when it’s Trump, it’s definitely criminal intent and he must be jailed. At this point I doubt any country on earth has a more glaringly lopsided justice system than the US. 2 Likes 1 Share

bemeruca: Hahahaha. I heard that story. The old fool keeps claiming he “just spoke” with men who died since the 90’s and he thinks his own son died in the Iraq war even though he died years later from a brain tumor. He even repeated this disgusting lie to a grieving military family. That man is so pathetic. 1 Like |

Just look at this. The senile old fool stole sensitive classified documents and “forgot” them in a filthy and unsecured garage. This is the man some people hear keep defending with their lives. He is evidently either is suffering from extreme dementia or he is just a lying criminal. Either way he is not fit for office.

All 9 Supreme Court justices have signaled that they will rule against Colorado’s bullshit attempt to throw Trump off the ballot. Do you know how garbage your case has to be to unite this extremely divided and politically polarized Supreme Court? January 6th was a fiery but mostly peaceful protest!! It was not anything close to an insurrection. |
