Stop talking like a kid. if the law allows it then it's not a crime! What you should be saying it that the law should be amended. Also, the word project doesn't necessarily mean a building block, a tarred road or an erected structure that may be visible to the eyes. It can mean scholarships, food stuffs, medical equipments, incentives to teachers in rural areas, etc.
In the last dispensation, it was called budget padding but the NASS disagreed. They said since they don't have any means of generating revenue, that's the only way the can bring development to their locality. By law, the NASS has the power to amend the budget, so what your point? What you should be saying is that law enforcement agents should focus more on these projects.
Can you see now that your middle name should be "Mumu". Have the senators and reps representing your constituency been doing that since 1999? Who is talking about whether it is a crime, legal or not? Because I don't understand why you brought that into the discussion.
We're telling you that it breeds corruption and that it has been doing that since they made it into law. Are you even listening to others?

The truth is coming out gradually.

How come LP senators are not saying anything or have they joined the band wagon?
They are all in it together, it is the law now, it is legal grin grin grin

Are you drunk or sth? Are they senior senators?
So what if they are not senior senators? Does that tell you that they won't receive constituency project allowance?

OGA! Get sense small! I beg you! Where there's no law, there's no offence! You cannot accuse someone of a crime when there are no laws yo prosecute him with. Like I said, what's is needed is monitoring by law enforcement agencies. If you like, run you tap from now till whatever, the NASS has not committed any crime. Stop being foolish!

What does a senator need N266 million for. What kind of useless constituency allowance is that in this hard times. We have state governors, LG chairman and councilors. These are the grassroot leaders. There's a need to scrap this means of looting

Everyone receives constituency project allowance., Senior senators received extra from padded budgets.

This constituency money should be stopped as the people that the money is mean for aren't benefitting from it. There's no project from this money in any constituency that worth 20million.

Go and monitor them, stupid motherfvcker! Something that has been going on for over two decades, and you're just telling us about the monitoring that is needed. I don't even think your brain is working or comprehending what we are saying.
They decide which projects to do and which contractors to use and you didn't realise that act of diversion of funds has been perfected right from the beginning! Shocking!! Yet, you couldn't tell us what projects your lawmakers have been doing for the past 24 years but keep reading textbooks to us

If not Senator Ningi, no Nigerian would have known some senators received N500M or N288M for constituency projects and yet most of the Northern Senators will still not do anything for the poor Northerners constituencies
Only you don't know
