if u hand reg a geo domain name and that name has very low search volume or the metrics are not high...but that name is a very descriptive domain name for a business/industry niche...

is it still possible to sell that name with outbound?

or what are the chances that name will sell...Are the chances dependent on the metrics? does it have a positive or negative relationship between the two variables....like high metrics then high chances of selling or low metrics means low chances of selling.

I'm sure 70% of us here have sold one or two names with none existent metrics.

If there's a genuine interest, the name will sell regardless of the metrics.

I have some solid names that is yet to be solid.
Some with very good metrics.

I mostly sell 3 words domain name, some will argue they don't register names more than 2 words.

To cut the story short long,
