There are not telling us the truth, something is really fishy here you claim that you give them life jacket while the boat man claim that the production manager or the producer refused to pay for life jacket for them. So the others that died rejected the jacket too what of the location manager, no medical team, no divas on the boat with them. And I even heard from another source that it took the rescuers up to 2 hours to locate junior Pope after consulting the chief priest; this lady is a liar. No plans on ground,no budget for other departments and you went into shooting another life.

The highest blame go to boat drivers who don't enforce the use of jackets. The government should be blamed for collecting levies from the boat drivers without enforcement of safety measures to the boat transportation. Or, doesn't the government collect levies from the drivers?

Wetin concern the driver for the issue? He was called to drive and not enforce life jacket on people. Anybody for there na under 18 years?
