The makers and the enforcers of law are more unlawful than the rest in Nigeria. Since when has it become the duty of soldiers to check an individual in a non-warring zone?

It is on unarmed and peaceful civilians that the soldiers show power. Boko slaughters them anyhow.
slaughter them like chickens. Useless toothless bulldogs

The person you quoted has point. What if this man (Nwofor) was a Nazarite?

Nazarites belong to an ancient Order and they do not cut their hair for a certain period of time. To forcefully shave off the hair on the head of a Nazarite would violate his religious traditions and customs and would cause him great distress.

The Nigerian military has been in the news for all the wrong reasons over the past few weeks. They were involved in the theft of equipment at Dangote refinery in Lagos. They were involved in that show of shame at Banex in Abuja. Now they have turned into auxiliary hairdressers. undecided

While they are engaged in all this foolishness, there are very serious threats to national security in Niger state, Plateau state, Benue state, Imo state, Katsina state, Zamfara state, Ebonyi state, Adamawa State, Borno state etc. Those threats have not been addressed. Which serious army leaves its primary duties and starts messing around this way? undecided

DRINKING INSIDE BARRACKS MEANS YOUR RELATIVE IS A SOLDIER OR WHY ARE YOU THERE AT ALL KNOWING WHAT THIS PLACE MEANS?
Re: Soldiers Shave Uche Nwofor's Dreadlocks In Anambra by Okoroawusa: 10:40am On May 23
This is so wrong. Nigerian Army is still in the clouds as a result of its many years of ruling Nigeria forgetting that those days are over.

Justice must be gotten for this Ex-Super Eagle.

He should petition the army authorities and then take legal action to claim N1 billion damages if they don't respond swiftly.

As the Chief Justice of the Court of Public Opinion, I will await the statement from the other party involved before passing judgement. Not supporting the barbing though, but let's assume he went into the barrack with a soldier friend, sat at the bar and after taking some bottles, he gets tipsy and some incoherent behavior ensure then some MP comes around to discipline him.

There should be a reasonable basis for this assumption. You haven't provided that basis.

That's what you are only known for, tirades, diatribes and insults against all government agencies on a faceless platform like a coward.

What have you too done for the country? Nada! Can you die for the country as these gallant soldiers have been doing everyday fighting to keep this country safe for me and you against cruel invaders? No way!

Why don't you write your name and your location on your post, so that the soldiers can visit you and you will be able to say this to their faces if you are brave.

Expecting your usual slowpoke insults which will be aptly deleted.
...

At the bolded, you have just proved me right, why will the military want my name and location?they want to come and deal with me just because i aired my opinion not that I'm a threat to anyone's life or the country's well being, main while bandits are ravaging the northern part of the country unabated..

You see why I call them USELESS?..

At your last paragraph you shouldn't be scared of insult if you had constructed your quote in a more civilized manner..

Well sorry to disappoint you,I won't insult you!!๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿ˜œ.

In Nigeria your killer roams freely, it is just a matter of time, you will meet each other. Stay woke and alert always.

I just had to quote this.

Makes the point succintly...and delivers a very serious warning to all in Nigeria who read it (although the warning will go over the heads of most of us). This thread proves that a lot of us are enablers.

The tragedy is that when the enabler and his killer do meet - and the enabler gets what he truly deserves, it will be too late for him to make amends.

Each day I drive out, I am faced with numerous fears because the average Nigerian is practically unfortuante, drives anyhow, extremely lawless and the military is such a shame. The day I removed my hands from this country na the day, soldiers planned over night gun attack at a police head quarters this year with the intention to over run a police state head quatrers and till date, no one has been arrested or tried at all.
See eh, naija is a commic relief. It is such a shameless country with old men ruling the country anyhow. My street roads are in terrible conditions. U drive a luxury car, u are in trouble. Why do Nigerian Christians and Muslims hate dreadlocks?

Is it because dreadlocks are authentically African and these two IMPORTED FOREIGN religions are fundamentally anti-African?

When MNK said there's something fundamentally wrong with the mentality of a black man, I swear he didn't even understand how powerful that statement was.

What exactly is wrong with African hair? It's okay for other races to rock their hair but wrong for us to do so. Tufiakwa!

It is not the hair on your head that will make Africa to rise. It is what is inside your head. The hair texture of the Negroes is not same as that of the Caucasians or the Mongoloids. God is not mocked. We need to stop this copy copy mentality. Ogbeni, go and barb your hair, or I will Delilah you. Lol
