The battery was changed and its was still same issue.
I even tried flashing it but u was told the file is not out.
Please if there is a way I can work on the panel, I will appreciate it because my files are not backed up

I need original battery replacement for Samsung note 10+

Good day. I restarted my Infinix note 12 because it was hanging, when it came on and I put my pin, it kept saying wrong pin. Same pin I use everyday. The few people I gave to look at it, said I have to do factory reset which I don't want to do because I didn't back up my data. please can someone help me out. Is there a way I can unlock the phone without losing my data? Thanks

The problem could come from the charging IC or it could just be the battery. If you bring for troubleshooting. We can examine where the problem lies.

Force Restart Press and hold the Volume down button and the Power button simultaneously for 10-15 seconds to force restart your phone.
