How to say it without appearing rude. I'm not someone that likes correcting people, but, Omo. I'm not exaggerating though, my hand was really damp.

Why do you just keep talking even if it wouldn't make sense .. when you take a bath (a cold bath) after sweating, what happens to your body.. Besides her sweating this much is definitely because of the heat around and the choice of cloth she chooses to wear around this period ...

Some saying she doesn't like taking her bath in a supposed heat period is a recipe for body odour..

Just tell her to get a good multi vitamin to use (i suggest ferobin plus) and vegetables more.

She just need to improve her blood count and the sweating will stop.
