Do you have excess adipose tissue and you are troubled by this? Have you tried to shed some weight with no success? Are you disciplined enough with food and diet to try this? If you answer YES to the above, I have a tested diet to help you in losing that excess weight/fat of yours in two weeks. It is strictly natural and disciplined diet. It is called "The Swedish Diet..." Anyone who strictly follows the Swedish diet is expected to lose between 7 and 20Kg in two weeks. However, the most important feature of the diet is that it changes the body metabolism not to add any more weight for two (2) years. During the course of the diet, other than the specified drinks- tea, coffee or juice, additional drink must not be taken. In addition, salt and sugar must not be used outside the specified quantity. The vegetables must also be done according to specification and calculations. Two (2) litres of water must be taken daily for effective result. The diet should not exceed the specified 13 days. The diet should not be repeated within short period like 3 months. RULES 1. Additional tea, coffee and soft drinks should not be taken. 2. Two (2) litres of water must be taken daily. 3. The diet must not exceed the specified 13 days. 4. You can discontinue with the diet after 6 days if you think its too much for you to handle. 5. DAY ONE Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee and 1 cube of sugar Lunch : 2 hard-boiled egg, portion of boiled spinach and 1 tomato Dinner: 200 grams of Steak (steak is a cut of beef sliced perpendicular to the muscle fiber), green-salad with lemon and olive oil DAY TWO Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee and 1 cube of sugar Lunch: 1 slice of Salami (This is a cured sausage, fermented and air dried meat. You can improvise) and 100grams of Yoghurt Dinner: 200gram of Steak, green salad and 1 fruit (any). DAY THREE Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee, 1 cube of sugar and 1 toast bread (without egg) Lunch: Boiled spinach, 1 tomato and 1 fruit Dinner: 2 hard-boiled egg, 1 slice of Salami and green salad. DAY FOUR Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee, 1 cube of sugar and 1 toast bread (without egg). Lunch: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 grated carrot, 25 grams fat free cheese (in Yoruba, it is called wara) Dinner: 2 cups of orange juice and 100grams Yoghurt DAY FIVE Breakfast: 1 large grated carrot (with lemon) Lunch: 200grams of Boiled lean fish (with lemon and butter) Dinner: 1 steak (200 grams), salad and broccoli or cauliflower DAY SIX Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee, 1 cube of sugar Lunch: 2 hard-boiled egg and 1 big grated carrot Dinner: 200 gram chicken (only the meat part without the skin) and salad DAY SEVEN Breakfast: Sugarless Tea (Lipton or lemon tea is advised) Lunch: Grilled meat (200 gram) and Fresh fruit Dinner: Eat nothing 9 Likes 6 Shares |

bellong: I have tried but not working. Lol I guess i should start taking nkwobi, asun and anything available. Just kidding though. Good thread. Although most weight reduction regimen always need perseverance and patience a character most over weight people lack. |

Must I grate d carot or just eat it lik dat Steak is cow meat that is sliced perpendicular to the muscle fibre. Green salad depends on the type of vegetable you will add to it. Its something like what is in the attached picture. For effective consumption, it is advised that the carrot be grated. However, you can eat it like that since its still the same carrot. Only trying to reduce the crushing pain..

^^^ You can use the scale at the meat shop. Some meat sellers have scales for measurement. |

bellong: I tried this diet as i wanted to lose 3kg. I stopped at day 5. Lost about 3.5kg. The first and second day was the hardest. But as time goes on, your body starts adjusting. Got a feeling that you are sick.* Bitter taste, lack of appetite, weekness, dizziness. If you are not careful you will gradually fall sick as your body need balanced diet to function. However, as i got to day 5 i gradually start taking breakfast of One egg and one bacon. Started eating more vegetable, less carb. more pure orange juice for strength, gradually reducing weight but wasnt as much as when you do this diet. I wont advice full 14days. More like 7days, after 7days;;;;watch your carb intake then gradually lose it. 3 Likes |

I just satrted mine today! I've never taken coffee before o. So na so e dey bitter Lol. Couldn't get spinach and i substituted with lettuce,hope it's acceptable? Plus,you didnt tell us the quantity of veggie, i fit eat one whole basket ooo I had to browse how to make steak and salami. Steak's easy but the salami thing eh,na improvision things o. Feeling weak already but i hope to complete it. Wish me luck. 4 Likes |

You can improvise where the food is unavailable. No amount of veggie is too much... You can eat truckload if u can.. Keep us updated of the progress if you have the strength and will to complete it. Thanks. |
