The RFI has been issued, RFQ for the IPV's was issued on December 3rd and the tender will be closed in June, OPV acquisitions will begin thereafter

Yes my friend every normal person knows cold air is more dens, but the higher you go the less dens the air is fact, and as a regular golfer i can tell you that i and everybody else for that matter hit the ball farther in the highveld for example in Joburg than at sea level for example in cape town. Why you might ask, its because air is less dense at higher altitude than at lower altitude.

Maybe you should come to SA to receive some decent education!
