My brother 3cycle cannot cook like these ladies you mentioned o, all I do is to sit down and look. Somedys I try out the recipes but it comes out like poti so I don't even bother posting.
Hopefully one day I will get it right.

Went through page one...una dey try...

Funny enough I see most of these 'foreign' recipes and I'm always afraid to try them...

My stomach is so Nigerian.

I eat only : rice, beans, pap(like semo), stew, egusi, okro(if I find), turkey, beef, fish, pasta...jollof rice, fried rice..yam, potatoes...things I'm familiar with sha...

I'll be trying some of these recipes soon...
