The bottom line is the Fashola/Tinubu combo is an excellent combination that has brought success to lagos. I desire and look towards Ambode/Tinubu combination.

Even sons have disagreements with their fathers constantly let alone a political father and political son. The disagreement could be anything from contestants to party supporters to federal policy, presidential candidate or even personal affairs. The truth is u dont know and i dont know here are clues to let u know that its a non issue.
1)the disagreement was for a short period.
2)The disagreement didnt need to the division of their party
3)the disagreement wasnt such that they personally were vocal about it
Above all, the so called disagreement led to to Tinubu still supporting him for his second term and more than before. After the elections, they became closer and still work closer. u insinuating stuffs is a non issue.

None of those allegations are new. There will always be allegations against any political godfather. its not only perculiar to Nigeria but a worldwide thing. They remain allegations until proven otherwise. U tell me any politician that has ever received so much scrutiny in recent past than Tinubu? Do u think if any of these allegations are credible, Bode George (A pdp chieftain and sworn enemy of Tinubu) wont use federal might in making sure he faces justice? All theycan do is to attempt to soil his name but Lagosians are much more sophisticated than that. Tinubu is getting much more popular. When u lot are ready to go to court, be our guest.............. till then Tinubu remains an asset.

I do not see it working this time around, reasons are that an independent candidacy should be encouraged.

Anyway, there's a failure of leadership in Nigeria. From Buhari to GEJ to Fashola to Amaechi to Akpabio, they are all a bunch of mediocre leaders.

Please remember that Fashola has been there for eight good years, he's in control of Lagos (the most commercially viable state in Nigeria and West Africa) and it is a shame that for a state that controls trillions naira every month in commercial activity, the state still lacks some of the most basic social infrastructure necessary for comfortable human living.

Fashola has also failed to position the state to achieve accelerated economic growth and development. He has not tapped and utilized the vast human and economic resources of the state effectively and efficiently.

I'm sorry to all you Fashola fans but he's not a visionary and purposeful leader, he would fail as a president of Nigeria. Yes, GEJ is a mediocre and incompetent but so is Fashola and every other governor in Nigeria.

We need better leadership!
