I think confidence matters most.

In fact ladies have commented how I got the confidence to ask them to remove her earphone and talk to me. Or leave my seat in a train and come sit near her to chat.

I dated nice young ladies as an immigrant/student with barely a dime to my name. And I'm not exactly Denzel Washington look-alike either. grin

As for 9ja dating jungle, I don't know o. Western jungle may be different.

Boss, confidence is kinda illusive. when you talking about being confident, there re other surrounding factors that enhance it, otherwise it just like the big band theory.

There must be a particular weapon that makes your confidence potent
to some , it's their appearances . you wonder why iyanya , flavour and Peter of p*square always go shirtless? That's their confidence.

To some, it's their brains and how much they can hold up thrilling conversation for a long time. You wonder why wale soyinka and obayangbon voices move mountain and why people applause whenever they speak.

To others, it's their pocket. This I can not over emphasize. Even a lame can write an epistle on this.

There is no such thing as I'm confident without other attributes to back it up. Or you think guys just go to the gym because they like to lift heavy burden, no! They re building their confidence. Lol.

Women admire confident guys!
When you know your worth and exhibit it, people will respect you!
I certainly don't mean being cocky or boastful.

Often times though, there is usually something that precipitates confidence (money, charm,fame etc). but all of these are not necessary.

Self esteem is a mind thing.
