It cost more than #100m to construct an Helideck alone, talkless of certifying it for landing, running frictional test, procure safety & perimeter nets, perimeter lights, crash kits, Breathing apparatus for HLAs & HFFs, training for crew members on helicopter emergencies ( Bristow Helicopters). The list is endless as per constructing an Helideck with ur #2m.
