. Dumb yorubas and dumb igbos on this forum........for all you all that have been beating drums of war and for you who talks about how you would drive all igbos out when they draw the first blood, shame on all of u.........the thing is that if you all really care about ur loved ones, non of yall would be yapping about violence.......igbos are abit stubborn but talking about how you have been waiting to kill them won't end well..........if you yorubas think that because osun, ogun and other SW states are close then it would be easier to kill the igbos you hate so much better have a rethink........you have the population and probably yes you might win the war.......but there would be casualties......and the violence you create might not stop where you expect it to stop.............igbos and yorubas should use their senses....learn to tolerate.....yorubas should not expect the igbos to behave like them and the igbos should not expect the yorubas to behave like Þhem.......we are very different............I don tire for all these nonsense tribal talk its getting irritating 4 Likes |

badnature:That's a serious lie! Overrun OPC! I don't know why people like twisting facts! Did you count the casualties on you side? On agbero at Toyota : If you talk about Toyota bus stop it is on the access road to the international airport and as such you cannot dare do rubbish there likewise all the bus stop that lead to the local air port. Do note that any area boy that do that will have the air force, the police & FAAN to contend with as those areas are in the jurisdiction of the airport commandant/FAAN. You Igbos make lots of noise about clashes in Lagos which in your imagination you won( laughing in Swahili ) war is not name calling, insults or chest beating it all about intelligence, courage, unity and a lot more which you people lack; initially I wasn't part of this tribal bashing but you Igbos are found of making silly remarks as if you can start a war right now & win. I got tired of your trash because I know a lot about you Igbos, let me ask you some questions. 1. Why can't Igbos go to war if they are sure they can win? 2. Why do Igbos like bringing Yorubas into every issue? 3. Why do Igbos like twisting the truth about most things eg. What brought about the civil war, who is to be blamed. 4. Boko Haram didn't make mush noise before they took up arms so why can't Igbos do the same if they are brave as they always claim to be? 5. Why can't you Igbos go to war on your own rather than trying to drag the South south into it if you are that capable as you people want us to believe. They day igbos stop tribalism Is the day they start making head way towards their goal but if you think that you can overcome OPC in a clash then a rematch may convince you that is if you draw the first blood of a Yoruba. I am a Christian who don't believe in black magic even though I know they are real. If you Igbos continue with your hatred the way its going, in a few years them you might really get a good fight for your money but if you Igbos can change and seek dialogue with other tribes then you will be better for it. 3 Likes |

VirginFinder Let me just post my last reply to you, before I hit the sheets - early day tomorrow. Lagos Even the dumbest Igbo knows that there's no way in hell Igbos would win a war against the Yorubas in Lagos, no matter how soft the Yorubas are - unless they're suicidal. No war general would advise anyone against such suicide mission that could easily be genocidal. The place is surrounded by layers of Yoruba states and extra layers of groups ethnically closer to Yorubas than Igbos. The place is Yorubaland. After careful observation - I believe the taunting nonsense was caused by the stupidity of the Yorubas. The last Lagos election also helped me in forming my own opinion. Despite the fact that both candidates are Yorubas - the two clowns made the election about Igbos with utter useless gimmicks - from Ambode taking unnecessarily pictures with Igbo groups, to the other clown promising them castles in the sky. Rather than doing an electioneering campaign that's issue based for everyone resident there, without putting one group above the rest. Aren't Edos, Igalas, Ijaws, Hausas, Kanuris, Nupes etc. also in Lagos? And these two clowns know Igbos aren't the only other non-Yoruba groups in Lagos. Once you start giving folks such preferential treatment (especially folks who have their mentality) - you're automatically handing a sense of entitlement to them on a platter of gold. I believe that type of gimmick has been happening for a long time, hence they got braggart. So why blame them when you lot sheepishly and foolishly gave them the sense of entitlement? Just stop making useless noise cos it's nauseating now. Biafra Biafra or whatever they want to call it is none of Yoruba people's business. If they want out of naij - so be it. You ought to also be looking for a way out from that quagmire and bondage the country has become. Also, rather than chasing them around - you should be planning for all eventualities and whatever step Yorubas would take if they were to succeed. It's obvious that naij is never going to work, and even the blind can see it. Hence the politics is the way it's. With the politics: once someone from a region gets into power, it's all about utter nepotism and looting to enrich folks from the region, at the expense of the rest. The vicious cycle is there and it's going to continue that way till time immemorial cos it's human nature in a competitive environment induced by the art of keeping it family first. Then you have got cases of overlapping interests and religious differences. There are just too many things wrong with that country, to make it work. It's a very complex country and the complexities can't be solved easily cos those in advantageous position, with leverage over the rest, will never give in easily. So if one group is agitating for freedom from the quagmire - regardless of whatever reason it's, you don't have to openly support or kick against it - just maintain neutrality and plan for all eventualities, since you're also not benefiting anything from the experiment. Leave Biafrans alone and focus on what Yorubas would do if Biafrans were to get their wish. And if they don't, then you keep seeking ways to protect ya interests in the vicious cycle the quagmire of a country perpetually is. Everyone knows how complex the Nigerian experiment/problem is. I watched a show on Bloomberg last year where US diplomats discussed the complexities of Nigeria. The complexities were so tedious to even explain that a couple of them started laughing about why a country could be created like that. That's the joke that the country is. Heck, it has no foreseeable superpower status attached to it due to all the different alignments. It's a fvcking zoo/animal-farm like the Biafrans would say ( but fvck radio biafra though). 4 Likes |
