No sir! He is not. The man called Fayose says the bitter truth. He says what people are afraid of saying. He says what many Nigerians murmur in their mind. The recent political development regarding Alamieyeseigha's extradition request could have exacerbated his health condition, hence his demise. So, Fayose's submissions may not be out of place.
He(DSP) sinned, admitted and pleaded guilty, restituted, served his sentences and was lawfully pardoned. Why can't we forgive this man and put politics aside especially in his unfortunate death?
RIP to DSP. Your life sojourn has significant points for us the living to learn.

Having learnt that James Ibori was extradited to the UK from Dubai, Alamieyasiagha abandonned his treatment there on hearing of his possible extraditment. Lol.

Bruv, Fayose said no truth. They all knew Alams had been in a coma and unlikely to recover for days before his 'sudden death' was announced. Believe me, that is the truth. Fayose was exploiting the situation for political 'mileage'. Has anyone else spoken up to say similar? It is only Fayose, as we have all come to realise, who has no limit and no respect for decency. At the very least, and if a good person, he should respect the family of Alams who know and have to deal with the truth. Alams was just another unhealthy politician as many of our politicians are because they are people who deal in excesses - whether physical, mental or financial.

Nothing is sacred to this man. This is one of the reasons PDP lost to APC. Fayose made his party obnoxious to Nigerians with his offensive statements- he and Patience Jonathan made unguarded statements that cost the party dearly. It is amusing that most of those who support his faux pas are secessionists not from his tribe. He has become comedian for them. A man for whom death is just another tool score cheap political points.

Some issues should not be trivialized or politicized.

A man is corrupt only when he is alive not in death. If DSP were to be alive, extradite him for all I care but in death under this circumstances, Buhari in particular played the only role leading up to his death and his conscience should prick him if he is a human being.

I used to wonder why Nigerian judiciary never sentences all these currupt politicians and rich people to lengthy prison sentences so that they suffer and pay for what they have done. Just like a thief who stole 10k will languish in prison for 10yrs but a politician if convicted self will hardly spend 2yrs of discomfort.

It later became evident to me that these politicians and rich people lack the will power to survive in prison for a long period of time. Take ceciliar ibru for example, convict her and put herb in kirikiri for just 1yr I bet u she will die b4 six months. Now imagine DSP or Bode G or Diziani or Atiku, these people are no different from DSP but I assure u they can't come out of a prison sentence alive. They will so easily give up the fight to be alive. Our Judicial system seems to know this and every body is shying away from being instrumental to their deaths if put behind bars for even 5 yes.

This same sentimental judgement made one old lecturer in Uniport continue teaching until he was almost 90yrs old. Everyone knew that as soon as you dont renew his contract, death is the next conference he will be attending. So no one wanted to terminate his contract. He kept coming to class just barely able to walk.

That is what is playing out in our country at large and am afraid it will continue for a long time. I will suggest no need to jail all these politicians when convicted, they will just die , confisticate and freeze all their assets ones convicted. Make their lives anything but luxurious. Make them live on support from relatives all their bank accounts and accounts connected to them should be returned to FG. All their properties including where they live and the ones in their village should be confisticated.

I dont know I might be talking trash but that's what I noticed sha!

After stealing, they dont want to hold on to life and pay the price for stealing they just cowardly die and go.

The ex gov of Taraba state after his accident he remained in office till the end of his tenure; another proof of the sentimentality that I'm talking about.

The constitution has no human feelings and if we follow it to the letter many things won't happen the way they did. Its the human factor that is causing all this trend.

Even me self I know DSP is guilty as charged but I have a lot of sympathy for him and I didn't want him to die...I dont want anybody to die. All the people who have stolen from this country I want them to pay or refund and or have all their resources including companies confisticated but I dont want them to die no no no. As long as you are a human being I still love you.
