Please Wat can i do?? This problem jst started now and my wi-fi is on...All other Apps are working on my phone.

It might be from your battery.

Check the play store and see if there's an update.
It might fix it.
Or check apkmirror.com for an older version.
If it still doesn't work then either clear the app's data or reinstall.

Get a reasonable file explorer like ES file explorer
Go to your download folder and rename the file extension from .0 to .jpg.
eg say there's a picture named picture.0 you rename the file to picture.jpg
a alternatively you can use a different browser that'll download the picture in the right format eg UC browser.

That's not possible except that if the phone is on, has location services set to "On" and that, it has active internet connection.

Thanks for contribution. I shall have to forget about the phone... I did not need a smart phone anyway but will look to get a tablet or tablet phone that is portable and can do whatsapp. Cheers!

Get a different charger, or charge it somewhere else; the wiring of your location can contribute to it.
Don't use it while it's charging.

No app will root it. You need to first flash custom recovery on it then, flash SU.zip via the recovery.

It's not your battery, it's from you and the usage, once it's plugged in and you are using it, the battery heats up, then it starts to decrease. Happens in almost all phones

Please house, my bold 5, has issues, wen I plug my charger it shows d charging sign but the phone does not power on, even when I charged it more than 30mins it stil didn't come on, only showed d power sign and went off immediately I remove d ba3.

I have an issue with my infinix x551 hot note.
The problem is that I can not open or change 3g to 2g/3g in the 3G settings.

Anytime I click on it, it brings up an error message "unfortunately the process. com.android.phone has stopped working"
