Hmmm, now that's interesting. Different tastebuds, maybe? Personally I don't think our food is salty at all. The only thing I find salty is biltong aka beef jerky. Maybe your tongue is just used to a different taste. Now I wonder if I'll find Nigerian food low on salt. I'll be adventurous & order a plate on one of the Nigerian restaurants then I'll tell you.

Anyway, you can always go for the popular tourist destinations like Durban, Cape Town, etc. Have you been to Sun City? I was there about a year ago & it was nice. My 1st time ever. Also try the Kruger National Park. I plan to go there in the near future because I've not been there.
