The sweepers and gardeners are to cover the 3 major cities and other semi-urban centers and surburbs. They are posted to different places round the state. Some areas like Igboson1 pointed out will require shovel as the workers have already been provided with shovels and motorised packer/barrow to apply where the need arises. They just resumed work last week..
