Did you ever read in the bible that the law is not made for the righteous but the sinner?Do you understand that the righteous man fulfils the law and does not have to be obeying the law?

I agree with you that the divine standard for marriage is lifelong commitment to one's spouse this much Christ made very clear but he followed this up with an exception where there has been infidelity on the part of one's spouse then there is possible grounds for divorce and remarry.
