Way forward-(as always, my opinion) when u finally Decide to reapply, own up to it. How? There's a column for if u have ever attemped to or misrepresented (paraphrasing now. Can't remember the Exact wording) Say Yes and include the details of that former application. Make sure its clear to understand . And the fact that u didn't use that form because it was riddled with untruths. Did somebody else fill the form? If yes State it thus.
Mind u,The basis of this action being that u possibly cannot sustain the untruths in that application, and if u decide to try a hail mary pass, the VO won't even bother to ask u questions. He'll jus laugh and deny u.
On the other hand, if u are bold and honest, u can now pray for grace that the VO will be minded to let old Things pass and consider your fresh application on its merits

However after much following up with this forum, I decided to forfeit that Application, (Major reason) I already have a Fiancee in America who is an American citizen by birth and we are planning on filing for Fiance/Fiancee in the nearest future, and she has visited me once, she has already gone through the website and she said she's eligible to invite me, so I don't know if I decide to go for Re issuance of my International passport maybe with that I can have a different Passport number, and put in a fresh application with all the correct information probably after the grant of the Fiancee petition in the States, I don't know if that would be able to completely waive the former application. Please advise. Thank you so much for your time and patience

It was not a mistake. It was a clear,calculated delibrate plan.'Correcting the mistake ' as u called it means how can u now complete your plan to commit immigration fraud.Or how can one aid u to achieve your purpose from the get go.I have no advice for that.
My advice is
1. Don't overstay the period stamped in.
2. Forget about that your 'marriage ' for now cos ul jus get married for nothing sake.

The ds 160 is comprehensive. Have u ever applied before? Have u had a prior passport? Have u misrepresented before? So in the light of these questions, u decide whether u want to continue down the path of dishonesty.
The fact that u think a new passport is the only thing that can tie u to the old application shows ...

For one to have filled Married, the perso must av filled spouse details (name, occupation etc). So u obviously gave it some serious thought and planning. What was your plan when u got to this bridge? Resort to it. Only u know the plan u had.

This is a question I personally cannot answer like I have said over and over. Only a VO can take a holistic view of your application, weigh ALL your ties and make up her mind. Everything is dependent on the VO's mindset. But history has shown that folks with no travel history get visas. Somebody just posted about how he and his family got visas with no prior travel history. Read like from 2 pages back.
5M is ok in my opinion.

Long time @LadyG you've said it all.. Only the VO can determine the outcome and I will suggest they travel together to maybe Ghana or any west african countries as test run during the festive period it may help.

Please LadyGuinivere and Justwise and other member, please have made a little mistake when schedule appointment, I want to make payment online but discovered that I need to have Gtb account which I don't have and have already filled my profile with one of dependent which a UID have generated. Please how can I correct this problem so that if I make payment in the bank the UID will be the same.

Yes. Any account that shows your best financial position suffices. I always prefer salary account statements cos it kinda serves the dual purpose of payslip and statement.
Every human traveller needs an international passport and visa so yes.
No idea how much passport is. U have to enquire from immigration. Hol' like 14k thereabouts sha.
Every Document that supports assertions u make ought to be carried along so yes #marriagecertificate. Although the docx are rarely checked.

Yes. How can a visa be issued on an expired passport?/how can u travel on an expired passport?
I believe u need at least 6 month's validity in your passport.

What if one doesnt have a salary account ,i am placed on allowances my hubby is the owner of the registered business though i am a co director ,how do i explain it that i am placed on 200k a month allowance but it doesnt get to my account directly i receive it cash then send the one i want to save to my saving account .please help a confused one
