That's a very big one, bro. With each passing day, you're going down the drain. This is more or less, a case of low self esteem, and it's a big psychological problem, even though people in this part of the world - Africa(Nigeria) - do not see it as a big deal, but the truth is that it is.

As a man, you need to rise up. Man up. If you don't do something about it now, I'm afraid you'd always live in the shadows. You'd always feel defeated even before you tried. A man with such a problem won't be able to be in charge (of his family). You need some self assurance, and from within. You need therapy, brother. And fast!

I know what being an introvert is, and I know mine is at its peak that's the issue.
Imagine staying back in school after we've vacated for holidays for another 2 weeks, doing absolutely nothing apart from waking up on the morning, take my bathe,lock myself in, read or watch movies till it's dark.
I hardly leave my room, the only thing that can bring me out of my hole is football.
I like staying alone,I just like my space a lot.
I've had problems with most of my friends cause I hardly visit.
I fear commitments because I don't want anything dragging me out of my hole.
I've never partied before.
My best time if the day is when everybody has left the compound and an alone.
I've lost a lot of things because of it.
Do you still think am not boring? Btw there's more I can't even tell you here
