Buhari was unable to answer some questions because he lacked information. He couldn't say anything about what he is doing to make Rio 2016 a success, he only mumbled on something like Under 17 world cup. Futhermore majority of what he said were the problems we face as a nation 'Mr. President how do you plan to make sure students don't sit on windows' then he said '....we need laboratories, we need to build more infrastructures I THINK it's in the budget 500billion naira or so....' previous governments have budgeted money too, Buhari didn't explain how laboratories will work, the concept of more infrastructure was also not explained. For Buhari who spoke as if running a government is tea and bread...this media chat shows that the man has not laid a plan for the governance of this nation.

Billions on BMW is a big lie he even made a statement during the chat that he cancelled 400 million allocated for new vehicles stating that the ones he is using are in good condition for at least 10 years. The reporters never asked about BMW so you should have understood that it was a big lie/propaganda.

What I know is buhari is a different leader and has a vision.

You can't devalue your currency against another country's own when your economy is not strong for that (though he made mistakes of mentioning abolished currencies)
He gave gave no damn whose horse is gored, be it Shiite, Boko Haram or Nnamdi Kanu's Biafra.

He tried to contain his accent but nature takes toll on his tongue, just like an Ibadan man will always pronounce Cushion chair as ' CUSSING SIA' and an average Calabar man will pronounce his native Calabar as 'Carabar', Sunrise as Sunlice. Even the core Ibos pronounce Q as 'qure', M as 'emu' and R as 'aru', so no big deal!

Above all, it's clear and evident that most of the youths and some baby adults on Nairaland are blinded in Ethnicity bigotry.

Yes I am not pleased yet but I'm not condemning him or anything at all. The man is fighting a big battle, a battle that has been created over 16years ago by PdP. I salute his courage but that rating you see was for the media chat.

I met the media chat about 30 minutes to the end.

from the questions I watched the President answer. He does not really know much about his administration.

How can a President say that "he thinks" a particular project has been included in the budget. when many President will give you the amount if almost everything in the budget.

When asked about the abuse of court orders by DSS, he claimed the courts erred in granting bail to some people like nnamadi kanu. So Buhari is not a democrat and no respecter of the judiciary.

The worst answer his gave was when he was asked about the quality and standard of our tertiary institution when he couldn't answer the question but started blaming the government of the past 16 years for not improving the tertiary education.

Does Buhari have a direction of ruling this country at all. God have mercy.

on the question posed to him on how to improve our tertiary education system, his responce shows he has very narrow understanding on ideas to improve our tertiary education system. the problem of our tertiary education is beyond building more classrooms and laboratories. government should be sincere and empower undergraduate practically and professionally. we have many tertiary institutions in the country that are well equiped but the scholars were not baked practically and empower professionally. our government should ensure tertiary institution concentrate on 75% of industrial practice and 25% of theory. i am optimistic and believe if this strategy can be consulted and used, then our tertiary education system will be better of in 4 years gap.
