what speaks well for a country. NIGERIA isn't a bureaucratic country yet. You can save the rest for last. Buhari is taking care of biz like an average Nigerian. I know it is not due process, but when has due process been followed in the country? And to what cost?

But it was your "sai baba" that prepared and submitted the luxury, unrealistic bloated budget in the first place, so where is your chanted "change", and now the budget is even missing, nobody knows where it is, is this your "change".

what was he thinking before he submitted it(budget) to the national assemble.

it take him(bihari) four months if not more than to appoint ordinary minister he can fire at anytime. only GOD knows along it will take him to prepare a useless budget that will not be of any good to the average Nigeria
