I need to choose between intown suite and his grace lodge and have been finding it difficult to make a choice.

Will be using Dr esparati and I need a favourable place to stay as I will be alone.

Thank you.

Hello dear, send me a PM.

Questions likely to be asked are:
What do u do?, specific job description if employed, retirement activities if retired, question about if she's had a grand child or taken care of a grandchild before, the usual destination name and duration of stay, who is sponsoring, amount on statement, if she will be accessing medical care herself in the US incase she's ill, questions on any chronic illness

They may ask if you have travelled already and any evidence of hospital visit

It may be so breezy also, it depends.
She should just go with an open mind and answer all questions honestly avoiding fidgety gestures
Goodluck

Thank you so much

Help help help

This thread has been so so helpful.

Am planning to use Dr Esparati in Elpaso because of the great reviews I read about him and his well explained site

Am also planning to use his grace lodge because of her great reviews and all the freebies she offers like pick up at the airport amongst others.

My questions are

1.how close is his grace lodge to Dr esparati and if not close can I please get options of places I can stay..at least 5mins to the clinic.

2.my hubby might not be around on my edd as it might come earlier or later...please those that have gone through this how easy was it been alone in the hospital and back to the house alone with your baby..Am a ist timer and so so scared if I can handle alone.

Will appreciate if I can get a reply asap as I want to start making plans.

Thank you all

i suggest you go for in town suites cos it's a walkable distance to dr esparati and also walkable to Del Sol hospital- your birthing hospital.

Also many Nigerian friendly mums around

Hello LadyG,

I don't know if you've got the Pta issue sorted. First bank head office marina is selling. But it's selling out fast like hot puff puff. Another issue is that you will get $1 bills (you read right don't worry).

Alternatively, they can load your Visa gold card tied to your domiciliary account.

Hi guys @FinanceFitness @ IjayMama did you try to get a medical report/fit to fly from GCH? Did they ask you to pay?

FinanceFitness:
Hmm - I've used GCH twice for antenatal and I must say they've gotten proggressively worse. With my first, I had a scare at 24 weeks (after waiting for 4yrs o), went to George's in Lekki (which was the hospital I was using)... I was leaking so we just assumed it was amniotic fluid. George's hospital said they won't do a scan to check till Monday, that they won't even have an obstetrician examine me as they are usually unable to do anything is this kind of case. My hubby was so angry and asked for medical report and we moved immediately to GCH. That night, the GPs were amazing - they did detailed scan, confirmed they couldn't see any signs of leakage, admitted me immediately, monitored baby, myself, placed me on antibiotics. The obstetrician came in the following morning and checked me and monitored me for about a week the I was released. It was such a pleasant experience. As it was my first, I was scared and practically got scanned at each visit - they understood my fears and helped calm me.

Fast forward to my second pregnancy - they have now gotten so busy that you may have to wait hours to get checked in at the front desk and many more before you can see the doctor. Then to post your lab and scan and results on their system was also a problem. Imagine doing anomaly scan and it not getting recorded.

I just went there for post delivery check up - I waited 2 hrs before they even started attending to us despite going as scheduled.

On pediatrician, why not try lifeline in phase 1, since they only handle children?

Thanks my Lady, we shamelessly went to pull the same strings we pulled on Friday and they approved 2,500 @ 199.5. Not bad saving 250k in a day's work. Wish you luck.

I saw this very pregnant woman there this morning, she was sent to the v.o and he sent her back to the queue saying he was the one that interviewed her the previous time and refused her, she joined the queue and got interviewed by another v.o and was still refused, she wasn't happy at all but I couldn't look for too long because me too I was waiting to be interviewed by the lady.

Thanks fam...tbh right now we gonna pray for the best and prepare for anything. In as much as its not a do or die tihingy i am prepared to do all in my humanly power to make this possible for the LO without breaking any law. The worst that will happen at POE is "Go back home" and as for the finances God gat it covered. Like i mentioned earlier all this started because we felt been upfront n honest would mean something. I know couples that did dropbox that got thiers with no story and even at POE went in without declaring. To these couples now we look like mumus cause they frantically warned us not to pick interview.

Anyhoo, at POE we gonna stick to the truth and leave the decision in thier hands, once again whats the worst that will happen? If i become a "Dangote" tomorrow will they not all line up offering one investment route to citizenship or the other.

I dey go church this thing dun dey pain me again.

Cheers

Don't worry,i cant say i understand how you feel, but I know without a doubt that it's cases like this that God proves himself more than faithful,my ears are already itching to hear your testimony. God always rewards honesty. Go for it cos ur lo is worth the risk.

Awwww... there was one that was very preggie in front of me, heading to Atlanta. She has one tight package, as in all her documents were on point. I glimpsed at the folder, women one thing one thing clinic. The VO went through the documents and went to see her supervisor. Asked her who she was going to stay with, she said a friend. After a few mins, she came back and issued the lady the visa. Told her to travel with the document, the CBP Officers will request for the documents from her.

the v.o that interviewed me took her time even issued a nanny visa then the old woman before me she didn't issue her a visa o, the men were not smiling today though, the women were the ones God sent, but I noticed couples were denied today no be small thing then the single ones were granted because I was really delayed before being attended to
