Hello mamas and papas. pls I need your advice.
I applied for renewal via dropbox and submitted at DHL on monday. Up till now I have not heard anything from them and I'm getting worried. Pls how long does it usually take to hear from them?
Pls advice.

Track it onlineto see its progress

Monday is too soon to be worried

Worse case they will call you for an interview as no on gets denied through Dropbox without a fair chance via interview

Have never flown them to the US but a frequent flyer to Istanbul and I always enjoy my flight each time. Very considerate and ok airline though. And they can carry as much load as you want so far u can muddle them all by urself to the aircraft. They don't really care how many or how much ur hand luggage weigh so far u can carry them by urself. Its the online airline I have flown that know that Nigerians like to carry load both going and coming back so they have no qualms. My experience so far.

Hello wonderful moms! I am a May mom heading to Atlanta on April 1st at about 35 weeks (though my final destination is GROVETOWN, Augusta, Gerogia). I am however a little bit confused about booking for my ticket. I saw Air France ticket on Travel Start for N284,000 but an agent is giving me a quote of about N360,000. I told him about the price on Travel start but he said if I want to book for that ticket, I have to have a Shengen visa. Has anyone experienced this? Kindly advise. My travel date is April 1st to June 25th.

You don't actually need a Schengen to fly Air France so far u have either American or UK visa on ur passport shikena. Unless it's a new policy. Still flew Air France in October last year and I didn't have Schengen.

Check the route. You cant transit more than one schenghen country without a visa. Eg lag-paris-amsterdam-houston. You will need a visa for this type of itinerary

I'm so grateful to all of you who have encouraged me in this. Nefertiriam(u r an angel) , zillyo, happytbaby etc. God bless you all.
I finally got usd4000 from stanbic ibtc today. Went there early morning and left some mins past 6:00pm but it was worth the stress.
I can't remember who mentioned Mr Femi here today. I'm also very grateful to that person, he really helped me.
Will still see what I can do to get more dollars tomorrow. I will still appreciate further advice. God bless you all

That's the spirit.....congrats, giving up is not an option. Your next action can be to get hubby or a relative with a visa to buy a cheap ticket an queue up for PTA, in two weeks time when they get they will wire the 4k to u in the US.
Also try and carry Stanbic credit card, they charge you at inter bank rate when you use it abroad.
Leave some Naira wit a trusted relative so that either way, when you get a hospital in the US, the person can use Form A and pay the hospital on your behalf while you are there, or buy a pta or eventually fund that credit card so u can access the money abroad.
All the best

That's the interbank rate, it's neither official nor black market. It's a fairer rate
