If the story is true, she hit him for slapping her, not for touching. He deserves it, the bugger. All these cowards who go about touching ladies anyhow and expecting not to be challenged. What bullshit!!!!!

Nope.. The lady was right... Ladies need to be protectively alert in this wicked times.... Pepper Spray and other self defense stuff should be with them. Many men see ladies as weak and touch them in the name of sales... Ladies be on alert... Some have used charms to touch and make ladies follow them. The lady should have even use karate too. It a thumps up for her. Man should respect the women.

My guy, you have suggested too many self defense options for the ladies.

If all ladies should take to your suggestions, then men would be in jeopardy (men might even becomes the victim of women abuse)...including you and me. Lol

Just happening now at Tejuosho Market in Lagos. This lady claimed that the man touched her inappropriately and while she was trying to reprimand him, he slapped her for speaking against what he did and the next thing that she did was to look for a club and break his head.

If not for the swift intervention of passers-by, it would have escalated into something more violent as the guy was bent on revenge and he swore heaven and hell to annihilate the lady. He claimed he was only trying to sell a product to her

Has the lady acted wrong??

Finally, this will serve as a deterrent to all those perverts at Tejuosho posing as traders. These guys will touch your woman even when you are there.

He will always remember that he got his head broken when he molested a woman.

And you think it's women that rescued her from her heroine exploit?

It's the same men that defend ladies like this from extreme situations.

Ok. Men should go ahead breaking ladies head that smooch their breast against them provocatively?

I don't support unreasonable touch but having the intent to kill for a mere touch is what I don't get. There's ways the lady could've gotten redress

It is really weird how your reason
Thank God I reason at all, some people don't.
daretodiffer:

1) he assaulted her first
Buhari Syndrome.
So you're passing judgment with her side of the story only, you don't have to believe it 100% cause she could be lying.
daretodiffer:

2) she said she wasn't interested
Is that what she said exactly or did she push him? She could have pushed y'know, any person that can break heads that easily could push without warning
3) he slapped her[/quote]No eye witness corroborated her story. So it could be a lie You can't "hide a slap"grin in an open market.
daretodiffer:

4) he was about to continue to beat the hell out of her
After she broke his head.
daretodiffer:

5) However she was able to she grab bottle to defend herself
So it was all done in self-defense. You call jungle justice self defense. Is alright.
daretodiffer:

6) why did he try to molest her?
You're really putting words in the lady's mouth. You seem to know what happened more than the victim
daretodiffer:

7) Why did he slap her when she complained?
Read my previous comment, I blamed him already.(if truly he did)
daretodiffer:

cool The guy must think himself a mini god to slap her. I don't I will put anything past him including rape. And it is not unusual for women to be raped in garages and markets.
It is easy to break people's head unnecessarily when you move around with this mentality.

daretodiffer:

She might be lying but her story sound more believable than the guy's.sad
No learned person will pass judgement in favour of the person with "more believable" story. If there's a little possibility that she could be lying then every other thing you posted up above is trash.

Listen. It might sound like I am supporting what the guy did but that is not true, I was a victim of this false rape accusation and it took the grace of God and the testimony of the security man that I was with when the said rape took place to save my ass from landing in jail.

Sometime ago, a lady accused her bf of rape, the story was shared on here and you know nah, folks descended on the guy.

I got a share of their insults when I told them to hear the guy's part of the story. Days later, the lady confessed that she accused him of rape because he shared her nude pictures online.

It was because of this that I wrote a thread titled how to avoid false rape accusation.

Women often accuse men with rape and inappropriate touching because we easily buy it.

I understand that guys in some markets do grab your hands and try to force you to buy from them, even ladies do it to men so whoever breaks someone's head because of it needs to work on his or her temper.

If you read my previous comments well, you will understand that my major concern was the risk the lady exposed herself to. Do you also know that the guy can sue her for assault and get away with it?

Humans are made for contacts. In school children plays and touch each other, churches we're even encourage to shake at least 10 people, markets the number is even appalling, the reality is that we must touch through handshake and other means.

That's the reason humans take their bath to wear off contaminated germs, wash their clothes and keep proper hygiene.

You're paranoid like that lady
