When will African politicians ever get it right? Looks to me like we are just stagnant and still left in the 60's, while the rest of the world is advancing in all sphere, from industrialization to modern technology.

i thought things like this only happen in nigeria,wow,but really this is bad for learning and bad governance.wonder what the local government officials are looking out.
