Never follow the crowd. I have noticed that any stock most chased lik that don't do well. Take Skye Bank, FCMB, Zenith , Transcorp..ect as at when the euphoria is high. Cos all eyes are on it. I always go the opposite. Way when such happens. More like ...warren buffet analogy of be afraid when others are....

Despite the outlandish predictions, it won't be a complete gathering without the Nouriel Roubinis. Just so long they learn to be as credible as him.

My bros, am with u in this bus. Sold my transcorp to enter but ppl dumped on me that day. It later closed on 1.65. I was licking wound but decided to go longer. It jumped yesterday and decided to continue with the stride. Anyway, na just abt 10% of my portfolio dey here.

I recently stumbled upon the results of some Insurance Companies for last year and they did rather well especially the following:-

Custodian & Allied
Law, Union & Rock
Mansard
N.E.M.
Unity Kapital
Niger Insurance

But I then went to their stock history and was disappointed. Some of them seem to have paid dividend in the recent past like Custodian, N.E.M. and Niger yet they still had poor stock price trade and history. So what gives? Please anyone who knows more about the insurance sector should help out in explaining what would seem like an enigma to a newbie like me.

Responses would be appreciated.

Am I the only one seeing the heavy demand building up on FIDELITY ... or is this weather playing tricks on eye of Choky?
