set default memory to sd card and possibly free your fone memory by deleting some files or moving them to sd card.

e get some principalities wey dey press the red button,when last did u go to your village?lol

do u have such issue with incoming calls too,if no then its a problem with transmission filter in the network path.its a technical hardware issue,you may have to consult an engineer.
